As in several of your other videos, you advise referring to the owner’s manual for our model. Last year we purchased a used unit from a dealer (which we love), but it didn’t come with the original owners manual. All I could get from the web site was a very generic manual which contained no model-specific data.
Good Morning! Our owner's manuals will not have your unit's specific information as they are not model/year specific. If you need information on your unit please do feel free to give our customer care team a call at 866-425-4369. Thank you!
Good Morning, If you are trying to just fill the fresh water tank we would not advise on leaving this unattended at any point as it can cause the fresh water tank to overfill. If it gets too overfilled the tank could collapse or get damaged. Thank you!
Good morning, we think you would benefit from speaking to one of our dedicated customer support representatives. Please do contact them at 1-866-425-4369 Monday - Friday for further troubleshooting. Thank you.
Thank you for the comment! If you want to use 110V, don't activate the switch on the wall but make sure that the small black rocker switch at the bottom corner of the outside access compartment is in the ON position. If you want to use propane press the inside wall switch to ON. You should hear it turning on.
Enjoyed your insights

In a stationary camper situation (moochdocking) you'd sometimes leave the city water fill connection unattended, is that fine and why/why not?

@@KeystoneRVCompany Yea I mean city water fill, we're not filling the fresh water tank. Is that fine?
@@ChrisPPotatoIDC Good Morning, yes that is okay!
I saw the low point water drain, and I assume I should put some insulation on them so they don't freeze.
Do you need to have the pump and water heater on to set up hot water
Does anyone know if I can connect both fresh water hose and grey water hose to a trailer so I can take a big long hot water shower
I can't seem to figure this out. I've filled the tank gravity and panel sat s it's full but I'm getting no water when I turn the faucet on.

@@frankquinn3196 I figured it out !! It was disconnected at the pump.
How do you turn on the water heater on a 2009 sprinter?
Thank you.
