Me in Finland watching an aurora with my Fujifilm but I brought the 23mm instead of the 13mm. Try getting a stable photo without any sort of support with a light lens while freezing every part of your body off. It's an experience I tell you.
The second time the aurora appeared and I had the 13mm it wasn't nearly as spectacular as the first time.
Then when I actually brought the tripod with all the quick deploy features in the aurora never appeared. At least the constellations are really clear. There is something magical about seeing the Big Dipper so clearly in front of you.
This was the most passive-aggressive camera review video ever. Hilarious.
My first foray into digital cameras was the Intel One Megapickle digital pocket camera and web cam, running Windows Millennial Edition . . . it's been all downhill from that rock bottom trauma.

FINALLY. SOMEONE. Compared to cameras from some years ago we definitely made quite the step up and current cameras are so much better now. Sure, there might be flaws here and there but we got so many features for a more affordable consumer price more than ever.
Also equally amazing is Kodak, the forgotten AMERICAN Camera company! Kodaks' flagship, the PixPro AZ901 has an amazing 1920x1080 at 30FPS and a blazing high-speed movie mode at a top resolution of 640x360 at 120fps. Incredible for a camera product made in 2023, I know!! The perfect camera...

So yeah. Jump from your Z6ii or your Z7ii for another premium of $2500.00(Z6ii) or $1500.00(Z7ii). I mean after all you can use the Z6/7 batteries in your Z8! Oh, but yeah... you'll also need that funky new battery grip that isn't compatible with the Z6 or Z7 for a few more $$$.

I nominate the artist formerly known as Olympus as the most perfect camera. It's getting dark and two squirrels scamper as the sun slowly sets. Underexposed by the mft sensor? Of course! They are just reminding you to scurry home before the street lights come on. Bedtime for Bonzo! And should mother send you downstairs to your room without any supper for coming home late? Do not despair. Pull the battery and sniff that empty battery box. Is that Sushi I smell? Of course the smell was a lot fresher three years ago when you bought the camera with 27 years of allowance money. But that's just the point! Your stomach was growling like mad and now you've lost your appetite. Problem solved. And true camera perfection is revealed as you cry yourself to sleep in utter camera bliss.

Sony's the cool kid now so if firmware for the A7 S III is what you seek just look for stiffware . Not only is it a clever play on words but also a friendly reminder to their flagship class customers that there will always be a smaller, cheaper yet more feature rich camera using the same / improved hardware as the halo tier cameras right around the corner. This becomes the only camera used for innovation because the old camera owners hate change and are unable to learn new things. You should be grateful the A7 S III FW hasn't literally been locked down, only figuratively.

The Fall of Humanity is when we wound up five stops underexposed and we've been trying to find our way back to neutral gray and pleasing skin tones ever since
I have a complaint on my non mirrorless Nikon D 810 and the complaint is when I'm attempting a Timelapse, the Camera stalls out after 7hr and I think its because of the constant green notification light thats illuminated at all time/s when time lapsing which makes the battery % go to 0. The other camera I use for time lapsing is a Panasonic S1R and works way better, with the battery only, it lasts many many hours more than 7 and then when the Panasonic is plugged in, it will last unlimited, unless the grid goes out and no battery back up. Then when I finally break my Panasonic from dropping the Panasonic at a record breaking height, the insurance money will be used according for purchasing a S1H mark 2.
You forgot to mention how Sony - being one of the largest tv manufacturers in the world - puts state of the art LCD screens on all their mirrorless cameras! Not 2008 quality at all!
Perfect is only skin deep as all these cameras are either based on either the Bayer or the Xtrans architecture for digital colour cameras (sensor design, filtering, and consequent processing). Perfect depends on "raw processing" and while good enough to some point, by far not perfect. Shooting TH-cam videos or snapshots as most influencers only do - zero chances of getting their work in art museums or art collections - the predicate "perfect" is easily earned. On the other end we see the clickbaity video titles and specification reviews that are totally disconnected from whatever professional reality, except "content creation" where "content" equals "gigabytes".
Can somebody help me. I'm so confused after watching Casey's clips, and him 'reviewing' so many cameras, what system does he actually own and shoot with?? Not what he films with (I have less than zero interest in video), but what is is main camera or stills system. Last I watched I thought he had swapped over to Panasonic. Am I correct?
A7sIII with the 200-600 is K's main piece of gear for accidental wildlife stills.

They need to put an Apple chip inside these cameras. I swear the iPhone never overheats. I tried recording in 4k60 and it handled it like a beast. Did 2 hours non stop no problem. The phone was barely even warm.

I mean, Nikon is so cool and retro that they blew the dust off of their almost 20 year old MB-D200 battery grip (that fit the D200 - released in 2005) and they made it fit the Z8!
