Greetings Martin, I hope to publish Alan's next volume of Swiss cine films here every Friday for the foreseeable future. Also I see some film tins of American rail on the archive shelves, so hope to work on them later this year.
Thanks for your local knowledge Felix. Also recommend your Indonesian steam sugar gathering footage to my viewers... www.youtube.com/@felixtheswiss/videos ... good to share sources.
There seems to be a few mistakes in the fates of the ChA Railcars The ABe 4/4 487 and 488 which were delivered to in 1973 were sold to the Chemin de Fer du Jura where the stayed in service until 2015/17 And while I can't find the fates of all ABDe 4/4, it seems none of those were transfered into the Misox, but the line had it's own railcar of pretty much the same type, the BDe 4/4 491, which now resided in the Museum at Bergün But the railcars 483 and 484 were equipped to handle the lower voltage of the misox line. 484 was sold together with 486 to the Chemin de Fer de La Mure were they never entered service and were to be sold three years ago
Great info, thanks HD! I've added your notes to the description also viewers may like to explore www.youtube.com/@bahnmuseum www.bahnmuseum-albula.ch/ www.les-cj.ch/ ... lepetittraindelamure.com/
