Very kind of you to say mate, cheers. I’m always hesitant to post the “entertainment” videos as I know 90% of my viewers watch my videos to know what gear to be in at which corner on a given track etc but I’ll endeavour to do more race videos. Cheers.
@Sambo_iRacing but the racing videos teach that and we get to see some race craft and real world scenarios unfold. I learn as much from the race replays as the track guides. The reality is...if you have good race pace you can make up for a few tenths in qualifying.
I second this. There is so much people can learn from this “entertainment” that would improve iRacing in lower splits. Not every corner starting with T1 on the first lap is an overtaking point is one example. There is a lot of strategy on show here and is worth highlighting even more that Sambo does.
"cause he's a bit of a sausage" "You are NOT a sausage" Had me rolling. Looking forward to seeing you in our Broken Wing League! I think I've had a few races with CJ before as well! I'll be there soon enough, all thanks to your guides.
Great race, to see how you don’t go red mist and full send to cause an incident. And where and when you decide to make a sensible attempt. Seb defended well considering the draft today. That smash up behind you guys was, epic. Glad you showed it.
@@Tomasz_Karbyszewicz The weekly big race is always 11:30pm my time and I setup a laptop so I can stay up and watch it in bed. Something I don’t do with F1. I did have to buy my wife a designer blackout eye mask which wasn’t cheap but definitely worth it 😂 Sambo, how about posting the race time in advance? There is nothing worse than turning up to a concert to find it has already started or is only starting 2 hours late 😉
Enjoyed watching this. Your commentary is hilarious. I plan to drive this car and the FF more goin forward, I had forgotten just how much fun they are.
A good watch for the last race of the season. Out of interest, what were some of the qualification times? I’m always keen to compare my pace with the Vee Kings.
I don’t really practice for the Vee any more but I used to practice a load and had 4 or 5 coaching sessions with Gianni Lutzu when I started sim racing (nearly two years ago to the day). As the Vee tracks recycle each season, I know them fairly well. Same with telemetry, I used to study it a lot but I don’t really now as I’m usually there or there about for pace in the Vee.
Dude I love watching you drive this thing. Your track guides are more academic but this is pure entertainment. Do more!

Haha thanks mate, looking forward to seeing you there! I will 100% be back.

Thanks for watching, it was a fun race!
Your races are better than F1, and you are better commentator than SKY
Haha thanks

Glad to get a feature, fun race, kind of avoided that mess, from 12th to 6th, I'll take it. Good times 😂
So glad I missed this one, would have definitely been a part of that mess at the back there :D Nice vid as always Sambo!
Cheers bud 😎
I had a few races with you at Laguna fighting for first!
Thanks for all the videos this season mate, really appreciate them.
My pleasure! Cheers for watching bud.

Glad you enjoyed it, the Vee is a lot of fun to drive!
Amazing video as always! Looking forward to next season.
Thanks, I'm really looking forward to it too!
The carnage lol...
Sausage indeed. I also got wiped out by him!
🥲

Seb had pole with a 47.362 and I was P2 with a 47.393
How?))))
@@BiLLeee-p5i He meant 48.362 and 48.393. I’d be selling my rig if it was 47’s 😁
How do you get that view on your screen above of behind you and just to the sides as well as the other cars on track?
I just record them after from the replay to add them into the video for viewers to have more of an idea what's going on matey
@@Sambo_iRacing ahah okay b/c I was like wow that view would really help me check my left and right side FOV to see if I was clear.
@sp33dr4ge881 yeah sadly that’s not an option on iRacing
I tried to forget this race 😅
lol
Out of interest, how much did you practice to get to this point and do you still practice and use telemetry if/when you do?
