    Hello Dipika mam...i'm also on diet as I'm a mother of 2 babies second one is of 10 mnths n i reached 14 kgs plus...I've lost 9 kgs in last 4mnths...the most important things i took was
    Mrng drink jeera water(jeera,ajwain,honey/jaggery,lemon)the amazing drink for the wait loss
    Bf last 9:00am
    Mid snack 12:00(anyone seasonal fruit)
    Lunch last 2:00(1 chapati/1bowl rice)
    Again mid snack near by 4(roasted makhane/chivda/juice/fruit)
    Dinner last 6:30
    N milk before sleep
    I followed ths as m vegetarian

      It become hard in the begining but after some time I used too with my diet as well as workout some time I go on cheat meal but manage it with workout , drinking always luke warm water and green tea....

      An Enthusiast Writer I am following these rules since last 3 years religiosity and I am at my best shape , fittest phase I ever felt in my life even during quarantine period when others are gaining weight ! Workout +diet 6 days , disciplined early dinner before 7pm and 1 cheating day really worked like a magic !

Aor my adhe ghante bad boiled egg leti hun... 10:30 baje Phir nashta....... Phir mujhe subah padhane hota hai online hi dopaher me nimbu pani.... Dahi..... Aor zohar ki namaz ke bad 2 baje khana
    Phir sham me fruits kuch bhi jaise papaya,
    orange vitamin c hai koshish kare morning time vitamin c le aor sham me apple avoid kare
    Raat me 7baje tak dinner phir 9-10 tak so Jana....... Bahot easily weight loss hojata hai.... Jalsa k didi ne bataya discipline zaruri hai.... Subah sham exercise zaroor karein aor Agar aap musalman hain toh 5 waqt ki namaz padhe apka belly fat jaldi kam hoga pimples bhi kam honge
