If you want a manual, buy a bloody corvette. There's a reason the cashed ups are buying them and passing on these. These are also a lineage, whereas anyone who works for or on Lambo's knows, the LP700 is the actual true end of the line for that lineage.

@@MaxSpeedMike man not really dct in addition to being way faster around the track overall, it will also surpass your shifting skill every time we pull next to eachother, street or freeway. Whats not to like about dropping from 5th-3rd in a heartbeat like that? Normal autos nor manuals can achieve the crispness of a dct either. At the end of the day it IS a manual transmission just being operated by a cpu, so I feel like you get the best of both worlds really (especially if you live near traffic like I do), except for your holier-than-thou 3rd pedal. I have great respect for manuals too and agree their a better experience for the driver overall but DCT has many advantages over a traditional manual that get overlooked cus "its not a stick brah". Sad logic tbh

If you live anywhere near the 10/405 in California NOBODY understands how bad the traffic is here. Its so miserable to live with a 3rd pedal in la, and I know some champs who still do it (my best friend alex dailies a 350z with a stage 3 clutch and Im in love with that car) but I am not that kind of man. I had a manual E36 325is that I gave to my gardner cus his car broke down and he needed a form of transportation to get to the house. He loves it and drives it everyday but I haven't owned a manual car since then and I honestly don't miss it that much cus I feel like the dct does for me what that 325 did in terms of fun-factor and adrenaline rush, plus I can pay more attention to going fast in canyons instead of mitigating my shifting which was always a problem I struggled with at high speeds when I took the E36 out. Maybe its because I wasn’t lucky enough to grow up in a car family or have a manual to learn on but I think they're a bit over-rated for everyday driving unless you live in a lowly populated area. I know I'm gunna get the hate lol
I listed my 2009 ruf ctr3 for sale solely hoping ed would negotiate shrewdly with me for it. It would be a badge of honor. Great car, though. Had it shipped in from Pfaffenhausen, Germany in 2013. That's a whole story unto itself. Only has 11500 miles!
Its nice to see we are getting back to passion and design rather than just which one is faster to 60 or around the track. Cause Murci was never really the fastest with regards to its competitors, not even in its heyday, but it was always the best looking car around and still fast as a mofo. This is what poster cars are made of.

The Murci's are the forgotten middle child, and it's increasingly obvious why Ed and his buds are trying their darndest to drive the prices up. The only Murci worth its weight is the actual 670 SV stick - and there are only 6 of them. There are more than 2000 640's.

Nobody really likes working with DDE anymore...they end up burning most people they work with. Ed and Vinwiki just tell stories, there is no "work" being exchanged but look at their track history. At least 5 people have come and gone in the last year

I'm shocked that a guy with this much experience with cars didn't arrange for a thorough pre purchase inspection before starting to negotiate the price. It actually hard to believe that not only did he not try to arrange it but the company doing the financing and negotiations didn't suggest it either, it seems really unprofessional on all sides.

Why was the kit that holds the gearbox up so expensive and custom made? Tavarish didn't pay that much for it if I recall correctly and it was bolt on

Nobody really likes working with DDE anymore...they end up burning most people they work with. Ed and Vinwiki just tell stories, there is no "work" being exchanged but look at their track history. At least 5 people have come and gone in the last year

I need to put my 640 on VinWiki.I got mine brand new from Boardwalk and the guy was almost begging me to buy this AWESOME.."IM BEING A WISE ASS" EGEAR OVER THE MANUAL!!!!! I have never owned ANYTHING with a automated gear box...And never will.I STILL daily my 91\92 and 94 model cars...One is actually over 900hp and I daily it..BUT IT HAS A BEAUTIFUL T56 MAGNUM ...My 91 car is a 550hp Miata built by Flying Miata with a LS3/T56....Im not gonna name off all my builds and cars but im just so against Egear,any DCT/PDQ,TIPTRONIC WHATEVER...I HATE THE DIRECTION THE CAR INDUSTRY IS GOING..I mean..I have always tried to buy or order zero optioned car....except for AC & I could up until the early 2000s..I mean I ordered a SSP MUSTANG FROM FORD BRAND NEW AND GOT IT!! IT HAD NOTHING BUT AC ..MY 95 Mustang is GTS WHICH ALSO HAS ZERO OPTIONS..EXCEPT AC..NO POWER WINDOWS,NO RADIO..It jad cloth seats but it now has a rear seat delete along with Corbeau suede buckets up front..I need to register my 640,355 and GT3 RS on VinWiki...Im sure there is something i would learn about my cars.I literally own 12 vehicles of which I think 10 need to be on VinWiki..I even have my 1st truck which is a 86 Mazda B2000..my pop bought new in 1986 and I got it in 91.My pop had it slammed on the ground on Boyd 16x10s which were CRAZY RARE in 91..The tires were hell to find..NOBODY HAD 225/45/15 tires back then..In 92 we put a full 1990 Mustang 5.0 drivetrain in it..Which I started driving before the 8.8 was finished and BLEW the ENTIRE REAR END OUT...LITERALLY IT EXPLODED on the 2nd day.As I said I still have it but its on ACCURIDE bags and a 4 link rear end now along with tons of new upgraded parts,BUT ITS STILL VERY ANALOG!!!..Sorry for ANOTHER LONG post..I just HATE THE WORD "AUTOMATIC" or DAMN DCT..EVEN HONDA IS USING THEM ON MOTORCYCLES!!!!! IM DONE WITH MY SOAP BOX...TAKE CARE Ed..
I'm shocked that a guy with this much experience with cars didn't arrange for a thorough pre purchase inspection before starting to negotiate the price. It actually hard to believe that not only did he not try to arrange it but the company doing the financing and negotiations didn't suggest it either, it seems really unprofessional on all sides.
