Great to see the collaboration of the three of you continue like this. These collaboration could be the TH-cam's equivalent of the Top Gear Challenges. Maybe even create a separate channel for your collaboration work in the future and who knows, this venture could turn into a commercial series.

Definitely made the right Choice Sam. Not many cars can match the character of the Abarth. Plus they handle really well so you'll be smiling all the way.
Just practice the Italian accent, Sam. Repeat after me: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday.... Everytime I see one of those Abarth's I'm reminded of Clarkson's "I'm a Lamborghini really". That sentence seems to do them all the justice in the world.

Clearly you got the best hot hatch. Looks and sounds superb. The Mini is to big, way to expensive, the interiour is still cluttered and the engine doesnt sound nice. I dont even have to start on the S3 limo...
I do really like Abarth 500's. It sounded like a diesel when you start it up though.

As someone who commutes to work in a fiat 500 I fail to see how a slightly faster version would turn it into a good car. So many other cars you could buy instead
They fell like completely different cars. Especially at motorway speeds. Take a test drive if you get the chance.
Even with the hatch version an RS3 isn’t a hot hatch, far too much power, far too expensive and too many driven wheels.

Should simply say no to SOL joining you as his car is simply not a hot hatch. So kind of makes your point of this trip pointless !
Abarth is the most hot hatch like of the three, the Audi and Mini are too heavy and actually large. For todays hot hatch you need to be looking at Polo or Fiesta
If you want more fun, please add the Ragazzon Gr N exhaust (the one with the Monza architecture but with single pipes) or MP me on IG, i'll show you what to add on it. Btw i got one too that you may like !

Really enjoyed that video, I drove the 595 Competizione a while back and it was so much fun. Is is the best hot hatch? No, but it has bags of character, which is something other hot hatches can't really match.
