This video is fantastic, I like the multiple camera angles to keep it engaging are great. His book is one of my absolute favourites and I will likely be watching parts of this video multiple times. Thanks!

This was one of the most informative and enjoyable videos on beer I have seen in a long time. Randy’s ‘Tasting Beer’ book was instrumental during my BJCP training and this video regen forced some of that early learning but discussed more in terms of how the body processes the sensory aspects of beer drinking. An excellent video for all beer lovers. Thanks.

I have four of Randy’s books (every serious homebrewer should have at least one or more of them) and I always imagined what his voice would sound like when I read his words. He is so articulate and captivating I had to pause the video numerous times to sip my own homebrew and put his teaching to some practical use. My tasting session made me realise I brew some rootin’ tootin’ good beer! 🤩🍺 Thank you Randy for helping legions of fans create the finest homebrew they ever imagined they could make.

Habituation is quite crazy in my experience. I used to work in a pool shop, the chlorine smell disappeared after a few days of working there, the strangest thing was after a few days of being accustomed the the chlorine smell, I was at home in the kitchen and had the tap on, I could suddenly smell the chlorine in the water, which I couldn't before working in the pool shop. Crazy but makes a lot of sense now!

Nicely done! Felt like I'd somehow slipped into an incredibly interesting biology lecture.
    Well done Sir!
