For my 03 v6 mustang my ohms are sending my fuel gauge outta wack. I tried adjusting the switches in any which way and it either runs to 99 fuel or to 00 fuel.
Per the instructions, the mustangs use the sequence of both switches being up 73-10 ohm. There aren't 3 digits, so if it is full 99% will be your reading.
@@NoLogoGarage I appreciate the reply! even if my tank is half full with 6 gallons it still says fuel 99, I also have a check engine light saying my fuel level is a circuit.
@@Mark-nc6wz I have never encountered this issue. Have you tried contacting their customer service? Maybe they could be of assistance. Only thing I could think of would be a possible short, you got the wrong wire or the level sender is bad or stuck... Did you keep the stock cluster circuit board? Is it properly insulated from the intellitronix board? Wish I could be of more help.
@@NoLogoGarage yes I have the stock cluster board with all the wires spliced to the digital dash. It is properly insulated but if there was a short is there a fuse I can replace?
@@NoLogoGarage the more I think about it my car runs better on a full tank of gas, in which would mean my fuel pump is dying. Maybe that’s where my issue lies

Is there any way to change the mileage on the new dash to match the old dash?
Yes, if you go through the settings there is an option to change the mileage.
