I have been in business and this model sounds too simple. The advice is good, but there is so much more to it. He did have lots of help, I think from his brother who was already in CA and helped him. I think the real thing is doing something you like, but only as a start.

Walt Disney is one of my inspirations. Not sure if you knew that Disney grew up in an abusive home and he created the world we know as Disney in his mind as a way to escape the abuse. Walt Disney only owned 16% of Walt Disney Productions before his death in 1966 before his death ABC owned 34.7% of Disney to broadcast "The Wonderful World of Disney" Western Publishing owned 13.9% and Walt Disney Productions owned 34.7% I wouldn't call 16.7% of any company is a Success. Remember I'm talking about back in the 60's while Walt Disney still alive. current modern day : I think Walt daughters or Roy Disney daughter is the last Disney to share interest in revenue of the company. I think Disney sold the business in 1963 about 42 Million dollars .
