Another brilliant review Anna, I think this car has just jumped up to the top of my electric test drive list for when I decide to change my current car. Terrific production and editing as always, well done Anna.
Hard to believe I waited 5 hours to watch this 😂 The quality of the filming. The editing, the music , the overheads , the views , the Scottish weather all made this one of the best videos you’ve done so far. You look every inch the model and always keep my attention 100% Love this car , it’s everything you could want And that’s enough about the car but it’s never enough about you 💋💋💋🌹
There it was. Has been waiting for this review for some while, but when waiting for something good..... ;) Excellent review as always. Still waiting for my Runaway red EV6 GT Line, but this make the waiting time worth it... :)
always a pleasure how Anna presents and explains the car. Hey Genesis Europe, you need Anna to present your new fleet including EV models... call her and give her some vehicles. ;) It's best to start with the EV GV70 right away.
@@snkcorp.502 The GV80 is already huge. The GV70 just looks beautiful. Man oh man, the bright interior looks amazing. Now even the steering whell is kept in this bright tone. Hope the EV version will be configurable soon.
Anna, Nice review. My objection to electric vehicles is range anxiety and battery failure. I don't like the idea of parking any electric vehicle inside a building. Sorry, but that is just me. I'll be driving my internal combustion vehicles for a long time before I jump onto the EV bandwagon. Thank You for all your automobile reviews.
Electric car should not be parked in the garage? For every 100,000 vehicles, many times more combustion engines burn than electric vehicles, even in the garage.
Anna, Well done for showing us something a little different. Same old German stuff gets a bit boring after a while. I am still not convinced by the pure electric car, self charging hybrid is the way to go for me. Thank you for the tip on Volvo soft hybrid. Looks like the weather in Poland is nearly as changeable as here in the UK! 🤣
Hello Anna, It's me the annoying one in your comments section. Lol. It was such a delight when my phone notified me the you publish your latest video but I couldn't watch it until now because of work. You know what I think about your review/ video. If not, I was absolutely brilliant and props to you and a lot of dedication to be filming in -8, -6 but I remember you saying you was filming in a lot colder temperature in an older video. Kia have definitely there game a hell of a lot especially recent years with there designs and the material that they use inside and out. I mean even the new Kia badge makes the brand look a lot more premium and more desirable. I remember my mum brought a Kia Picanto Glamour a long long time ago. It was a special edition. it was in black with a pink Glamour sticker on it but you could see that they used cheap materials in and out of the car. But that EV6 is worlds apart to my mums old Picanto. That EV6 looks brilliant and looks very sporty and agile and definitely very quick as you have demostrated and very good considering the temperature and road temperature. Love the interior with the two colour seats and everything seems to practical even the location of buttons and nobs for the driver and the driver doesn't gets distracted trying to find one thing or another. I really really love the indicator mirror view that comes up on the driver screen. And I really love your colourful makeup bag. ;-) The battery thing about the only matching with Kia/ Hyundai and now Genesis I guess is Porsche. I might be wrong in saying this but the connection is a quite know electric car company is Rimac are or was helping with technology, building parts for Kia/ Hyundai which they helped finance Rimac. Rimac are in partnership with Porsche and Bugatti. But I might be wrong on that... I was going to ask whether Kia was a sister company to Hyundai like Genesis but you answered that. Thank you. Will you be reviewing the GV60? I really liking the IONIQ 5 and the EV6 as well as the GV60 even though I haven't seen the GV60. I just don't know which one I would pick out of them. Which would you choose Anna? The thing you said about everyone wanting to marry the same person, Well I think most of the 57.3k of people and more people would love to marry you Anna because you are very smart in every sense of the word or someone like you. I probably shouldn't say this but I see you are or was in England from Instagram, Well I hope you had or having a great time and it looks like you chose the right time to visit England with the great weather. Apologise for another very long comment. Brilliant review and fantastic video as always. Well, All the very best Anna. :-)
Great Job Anna! I wish you can atleast let us know the location, what Country and town where this Test driving is done. I love the SCENERY its beautiful. Thanks Anna
Regarding the 'Volume knob'. When you pressed the menu button, on the climate control, the left temperature knob changed to 'Volume'. Thought I'd mention it.... oh... and Hello! 🤷♂️😊
Sometimes they do. I bought my bmw 2 series after test driving it. I wanted to buy the 3 series initially, test drove the 2 and said nah, forget the 3 series!
500 HP EVs priced about $70k might be making high-performance vehicles too attainable for average drivers who are leasing. Capping output at 300 HP for EVs could be prudent considering how responsive the throttle is at any speed. 👍
Anna, I am surprised you never mentioned the blind spot cameras located below the door mirrors and displayed either side of drivers screen depending which indicator you use.
Hi Ronnie, the thing about reviews, you can't mention everything. Otherwise they become very very long. Sadly, most people watch such a fraction of the videos, but you gotta think - time & money filming & post production.
E-vehicles caught fire much less frequently than combustion engines. Just 0.02 percent were caused by electric vehicles, the rest by combustion engines. So if you are worried that your car could catch fire, then grab the electric car. It is much safer.
I’m honestly not sure about the EV6. I mean, Hyundai and KIA are the only makes rivalling Tesla in the real world, albeit with more interesting models, but in real life it seems oversized to me. Like a Polestar 2. And yes, the blue would be my choice. 😍
It is a big car. Much bigger in person than it looks in photos.and significantly larger than a Polestar 2. I have one on order (in blue) and I'm going to have to rearrange my parking because it wont fit where we currently park our Octavia wagon. But Kia and Hyundai (as well as other manufacturers) have a whole range of EVs coming out in the next decade spanning from city cars, to compacts, to Range Rover sized SUVs. So there will me more compact options available soon.
@@AnnaOnRoads I love hearing you speak Anna, not making fun of you but you know that as I've been here since "Girl on Swiss roads". Content and presentation is first rate👍👍
There is a space under the rear floor, but it is taken up by the subwoofer in GT-line models. As for the frunk, the EV6 maximises interior space with an extremely long wheelbase, short overhangs, and a very low bonnet, possible only because of the dedicated EV platform. This leaves little room for a significant frunk in AWD models (RWD versions do get a reasonable frunk). Teslas, in contrast, have much shorter wheelbases with long overhangs (reminiscent of ICE cars) resulting in a significant amount of unused space at either end that they devote to storage.
Well, ffs, have you ever thought I don't just get to select the cars? These cars belong to a press fleet. I have no control over it, it is manufacturers' decision.
Manufacturers want to highlight high-spec cars both because they have higher profit margins, but also because they want customers to know about all the features available to create distinction from their competitors. If I want my customers to know abouIt a clever new feature, I'm not going to send a car without that feature to a reviewer. Had she tested a base model, she wouldn't have been able to comment on unique stuff like the blind spot monitor or suede seats. But lower-spec cars are very similar, you just ignore some of the fancy features.
What is there not to like? The terrible software, the outdated display, the fact that you cannot pre heat the battery but the biggest joke is no charge planning. After my test drive I was shocked about how bad it is.
Another brilliant review Anna, I think this car has just jumped up to the top of my electric test drive list for when I decide to change my current car. Terrific production and editing as always, well done Anna.
