Our Presidents have not needed this "immunity" for 250 years. Only Trump. Gee, maybe it's because he did the crime? IN PLAIN VIEW? He needs to do the time!
It isn't just this. The supreme court seems wary of making any controversial decisions these days. If they had heard the 2020 case in the first place, the whole problem in the election would have been decided and people would have moved on.
No one on this Planet should have Immunity for Commiting a Crime.Not Even the President.

In short yes. A long explanation is that a year before Jack Smith was involved there was a document that didn't properly disclose the list of documents in order to misguide Trump. Now Jack Smith got caught to cover that up.

Question: What is the difference between a President and an every day person but for their title and call to duty, that what they do with their Life should subscribe to nothing other than human decency! There is nothing decent about granting a person - whoever they are! - such immunity that they can commit crimes with the sole intent of self-protection. And let's be honest, shall we? That is all Donald Trump is concerned about: his own protection, knowing full well that his is a criminal's mind, and one which when shrivelled up behind the closed doors of his gold-leafed delusional life, fears accountability!

The court SHOULD grant immunity but ONLY to Trump and it should be retroactive or better yet, apply to him even if he is no LONGER the President......If he wins, keep the immunity, if he LOSES shut it off to anyone BUT him - until he wins again!!!
