Hello friends! These Choco Mixed Nuts Cookies are made of pancake mix ( hotcake mix ) and four more ingredients.You can replace the nuts or chocolate bits if you don’t want it.
Ingredients: 12pcs cookies
75g butter
1egg ( 50g - 55g medium )
150g pancake mix
20g mixed nuts
20g chocolate bits
Topped with nuts and chocolates
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 15 minutes
