sorry the dumb question, but what's the wheel you reach sometimes on your left? the MW signal on Pigments waves everytime since you spin there. is it a modulation wheel? plus.. i'd been thinking how a minilab 3 would do with Pigs 5. thanks.
I wish i liked the sound of Pigments, considering how powerful it is, and how intuitive the workflow seems. It kind of reminds me of Strymon, in the sense that I wish I liked 'Strymon's sound' -considering the variety of pedals they have. Anyway, i had my fingers crossed for Pigments 5, but the basic sound just hasn't changed for me... ahh well, perhaps one day. Now, their hardware on the other hand sounds gorgeous!
Also these are Synth (on a virtual form factor) but always synth! btw I also prefer (surely like you) more hardware synths instead of virtual synths! but on the practical side of the channel, I can't record only hardware synth ;) BUT more hardware synths will be featured on DKS SYNTH LAB soon, please be patient!
Huge respect to Arturia for continuing to provide free updates. Pigments is one of the best soft synths out there.
Free updates? I have paid for V-X…
@@DrivenCrane1 he means for Pigments, not the v collection or effect bundles
Excellent video and lovely playing! 🙏🏻
Great video demonstrating your skills and Arturia's Pigments 5 synth. Any suggestions for a complete beginner to start?
*edit: spelling*
Montage M + Pigments. Coool!
Fantastic! Thank you.
Well done 🎹
Pretty cool and i belive the intro were using pigments factory sequencer presets

Yep, modulation wheel already assigned to pigments. I’ve used Montage M as a controller. Minilab 3 it works well with Pigments 5, so don’t worry ;)
@@DKS-SYNTH-LAB thanks a bunch!! 👍
Epic !!!!
Do you think you can do a demo of the Roland Gaia 2?
yep! and really soon ;) please be patient
@@DKS-SYNTH-LAB Thnx!!!
What controller are you using? Looks great
Yamaha Montage M6 (used as a midi controller) (probably not so cheap to use only as a controller :D )

I think it just needs more warmth, 150-250 hz and sub harmonics and it'll be fine I'm thinking. You have to eq some air
@@gossipboynyc9625-VN Exactly. It just needs a few compliments
Synth lab or DAW lab?? :/
