capture troopers they capture the enemy not kill the hazmats the stahls guys execute the guys with irradiative petrusite and electric gun also the capture troopers have no guns at all only a blade attached to their wrist
They wanted Captain Narville and Sev alive. Capture troopers fit that purpose. Stahl was planning to execute them on live television to make Admiral Orlock look like a fool for not having being able to kill Visari's killers.
