I own a ranch above Kris with seven springs and artisan well. I know my water runs down hill toward his ranch. I also own the water and mineral patent rights which I don't think he does. His ranch is 557. acres where mine is only 119.18 acres. But I'm the top both side of county maintain road almost all usable land. Anyone who gets to buy this ranch won't be sorry. This place is about as good as it gets for peace and tranquility away from the masses. Elk is a very special place, and everyone that lives here knows it.
I hope it doesn’t sell… what does this guy need, more money …to sell paradise to put up a parking lot somewhere….donate it back to the county as a preserve …filthy rich turd!
