I really like my PSF KYB's on the 2016 crf 450. I really don't see the complaints that so many dirt bike shoot outs complain about. and people i know pretty much just repeat what they hear from negative reviews on the forks with out actually having experience on them.
Now by no means am i saying they are better than a spring fork But i am saying that i own two bikes. One with a spring fork setup tuned for my weight and height. and i have the stock forks on my 16 and i love the stock air forks better than my tuned spring forks.
The thing i like about the air forks is when im entering for instance a rutted turn i have more confidence than i did with the spring fork. The air fork feels like riding on clouds but not mushy. They have a direct steering feel and also very light and seem to absorb bumps well. Ultimately no complaints.

how would you explain the feeling of a big huck to flat, psf vs spring?

@@SydneyOttoEdits from the year I got the bike I thought the air forks were decent. But a couple years down the line and riding my older spring fork bike I feel like the spring fork is forsure better without a doubt. The air forks have been reliable how ever

So basically this fork requires a ton of maintenance and attention as i'm finding out on my 2013 crf450 :( haha...By adding a bit more oil how does this affect the feel of the stroke?

Its really not that bad of maintenance.
I mean personally i like the psk air fork on my 16 crf 450. I actually am one of those people that loves having more and more adjustability. I noticed adjusting air pressures seems to make a large difference. And i have yet to experience any leaks. The day i got the bike i made sure it was at the factory 35 psi and its been a couple months now and its never went down. But i don't mind checking it before every ride. Its a 3 minute thing.

So let’s talk about the PSF2 forks awesome design on paper terrible design on the track I’ve literally had nothing but replacement after replacement after replacement when it comes to these fork seals if we make a PSF3 let’s try to keep these issues in mind
