Our conscious mind is only 5% of our active mind, the other 95 is like you say behind the scenes. We control our patterns and programmes, we just aren't conscious of it because we use our 5% to try force our actions, real freedom comes from consistent conscious reflection of thought so you can replace that 95% with something positive. Plus, from a science book I was reading yesterday, it tells a very simple but strong fundamental point.
The outcome of the universe is determined by the present state of it, not the past or future. Anything can be determined by how things are.. now
Now think about how that shit can be applied to human life.

Well, the past was and the future will be the present at some point. therefore perceived existance is just a continuum of the present, as is the concept of time (unless we are talking about time dilation and singularities, but those don't often apply to human life lol)

I've been lost for many years, but I'm exactly on that phase that you talk about, I'm finally finding myself. I've asked myself who do I wanna become?
I've been trying to get in shape for years, but I could not be constant... I would be bored of training in a month or less and I could not keep a healthy diet. I asked myself if I really wanted to get in shape and the honest answer was... yes! Now I've been working out for 3 months and eating what I really need, I walk every day and I'm super motivated, more than ever.
Same with my studies, I finished High School and didn't go to Uni and started working as a waiter. A few years later, I've decided that I want to study something that I like something that makes me happy and I'm starting at the end of summer.
Same with many other things, I'm changing myself slowly to become the human I really wanna be, no more pleasing others, no more fear to be me...
Just fire in my soul, pure power, strength, motivation.
Good video Anghel, it will help so many people, blessings 🙏

Went jogging today, felt anxious as shit and started to meditate in middle of the forest, wanting to know what the hell made me so anxious. At start it was unpleasant as hell because I just wanted to spend my energy outwards with a hurry, but soon realized its because I have something troubling me inside, and all this negative excess energy was pouring out in form of running and jogging, trying to keep me distracted from the source. Problem was that I insisted spending way too much energy usage outwards, thinking that I have to do it in order to feel normal, you know, like the feeling you get after a workout when you're all spent and cant think excessively and don't have anxious feelings. Having this need to completely exhaust myself has to stop, and I'm sure that this video helps, so many things you said were spot-on. I need dat space boii

I have battled with depression for the past year & have realized that it was due to the thought processes that I allowed myself to become stuck in. Believing that life is unbearable & that I could never get out. While going thru this I had many epiphanies about myself that were very uncomfortable but we're very necessary for me to realize in order to reprogram my mind. Bro there is an important point someone could misunterstand. There are some things we are doing in our daily life where we can say ,,Ok here and there i can and should improve myself"
But there are often times where unnecessary bullshit comes into our mind without any basis like worrys and regrets that arent fruitable thoughts. To entertain every single shitty thought is also a problem. We must differentiate between habits we aknowledge daily basis and bullshit thoughts. My opinion thanks for the video showed me that our personality is more improveble than we think.

I've felt this and it always happens when I stop being occupied. I get into this philosophical state of mind and stuff I've been actually occupying myself with like a book I've read, becomes an item of reflection. It's like the opposite of consuming. I've felt it. But I don't know if I should right stuff down because immediately I start something else, thought stops. sometimes I reflect on an aspect of my life, and I arrive at a profound resolve and there comes a great revolution in that aspect .
Thanks for this. I absolutely relate. I hope I emerge on the other end of my inner transformation successfully like you.

The next day my mom took me to this chinese herbal store and they gave me a bottle full of korean ginseng, honey, cinnamon and some other things. I used it for 2 months and stopped because it made my blood pressure so low. My appetite was very low and i felt nauseous and some dizziness. Im 41 and this was some of the most articulated shit Ive heard in a long time. The stuff you are on are the keys to life. People need to know how to navigate in this new, technological and advanced world. They need to understand their consciousness, how outside materials are ripping, clawing the shredding the very fibers that make us superhuman. Science is great, its a study of the material world and we need it but thats where it stays, in the material world. There has been little development in the subconscious world, the dos and donts and people especially young people need this very badly. Im also a person who is on similar vibrations with you. Keep going bro, people are listening

Great lesson, bro. It's funny how we make an effort to improve and, as result, get a new job, house, girlfriend, wife, kids and whatever, but end up drowning ourselves in these new responsibilities and forgetting the work that got us there. Suddenly, it's 20 years later and you don't know who you are anymore, having built the foundations of your life and personality on sand, i.e., things that don't last forever. You're right: we always need to reserve some time in order to get in touch with our thoughts, feelings and, ultimately, the universe. Thanks again.

How do you feel about men having hobbies of their own? Back in the day, I could shoot a game of pool. Didn't play for money, I didn't want to get my 135 kicked. Seriously though, how does a man tell his wife, look I'm going out with the fellas and not get a nasty response?

Thanks aanghel, so by having more respect for myself I stopped few relationships which were toxic and draining. This potential girlfriend got mad as I expressed interest in her, and got even worse as I told her that it is fine if we keep meeting new people. As if I was cheating on her.
Self respect as a man makes you really attractive, people start to truly appreciate you. I got suddenly very hot for a lot of girls.
Thank you very much for everything especially inspiring me about all the self respect as a man.
Women will treat us properly if we have Self respect, not being desperate and sexual beggar.
