I think Majin Buu might be Chaos Zero and kid buu be perfect chaos. As they are pretty similar in being monsters that have a weird skin type like buu is a stretchy Gum that can be liquid like. And chaos is a semi solid form of water like jelly. And I think you could incorporate more characters from sonic chronicles for the different alien races. And maybe imperator Ix could be one of the villains he has some potential for this crossover.
Really like this series so far, would you be willing to cover the events of the DBZ movies with guys like Cooler and Broly? And would you cover DB Super and DB GT? I think if you’re running out of characters to use you should also use some popular fan made characters like Nazo and Seelkadoom and Aeon.
I think Jules and Bernadette should have replaced Bardock and Gine. With both Jules and Bardock being mind-controlled by technological objects created by big bads but would later come back to their old self again. I WAS GONNA TELL YOU TO DO THAT BUT I WANTED TO SEE YOUR IDEAS. egg-robo should've been 19 tho. also super knuckles should be shade being fused with knuckles, then we have enerjak which is the next step after
Could have done Jules and Bernadette true, since Bardock in Z only showed up here I didn't feel it was super important. Egg Robo as 19 is a good idea I agree. Since in the Anime Nail didn't change Knuckles' appearance, I didn't do so here either.

I am not really for using fan characters. They aren't actual Sonic characters and if you haven't heard or cared about them it is a huge disconnect.
