"Duality is never experienced. And the problem is that we believe that we are a human being" and the rest of the dialogues are fantastic pronounced thoughts and so true. Francis, you're my charioteer.

".....and the real problem is not the problem this human being is having, the real problem is that we (consciousness)
believe to be THIS human being (a human body-mind) who is having a problem"
Included in the Dialogue above, a line from Francis in response to a question around unpleasantness which goes to the core ...

For me Francis is talking hear about what for me makes his teaching different from any other spiritual teacher, and this is the scientific proposition that once we are open to the fact that we can not prove that consciousness is neither limited or unlimited we can choose either believe that is limitad and live a life of suffering, or believe , behave and act under the presumption that is unlimited and then be happy and at peace as a consequence. At least for a mind like mine conditioned by many years of Marxist Materialistic education in my Country of birth (Cuba) is the best tool I have found to be open to the “Peace that passes all understanding”. God Bless you Francis. Thank you!!

understanding comes by surprise therefore not from the mind - intuition is 'the tool' of concsiousness and it's available always in the present time. so relating to truth is relating to the impulses of intution. that cannot be known from the mind, but understood in hintsight by the mind - so the mind steps back and allows the intuition to be the master of orientiation. and more so, most people use feeling as orientation - that is misleading, because feelings and emotions are part of the conditioned mind and are communication tools of the limited self. for me the most helpfull mindtask is the question: what am I relating to. the understanding of 'there are no objects' is key for the mind. as long as there is kind of doubt about 'objects' ... the mind is ruling the game. In my personal experience the first thing I became to know was: there is nothing but perception - and I did not understand what it meant. That insight unfoldet in time. Next step was, I woke up and knew, that there is no perceiver ... more 'shoking' knowings came in time, which for instance was: when there are no objects, how can there be a 'god', that sees and hears everything. The 'house of cards' crumbles one after another and after the shock come the laughter. Thank you Francis!

You know where Advaita comes from right? That said, yes, most modern Indians approach hinduism by cultural conditioning, rather than by cognitive understanding, which is infact ironically the opposite of desired effect.
