This fills me with such an experience of the presence of God, I shout inside.
It is a celebration that celebrates itself, it lights all of the rockets at once! It is all the best parts of all the great symphonies.
At the same time, I am astonished to find that my body is still sitting in a chair!
    Oh my. What to do?!?
    Wash the breakfast dishes?
    Go for a walk?
    Dance? Sing?
    Who cares!!!
    The dance floor is swept,
    Just go ahead...
    Thank you, kind Teacher

What's amazing is that the freedom that's noticed over there( in Jean) is appearing precisely because over here( in Francis) there's an autonomy occurring' that's a love affair that allows him over there the complete freedom to appear exactly as he is without any interference or intervention from over here. And this allows him to be as completely perfect and he can sort of recalibrate and he reveals a luminosity that is enlightenment itself. It's absolutely amazing!

Just recently discovered your teachings, Sir, and I very much enjoy your approach. This is the fourth video I have watched. The first three were very clear and precise. This one, though, I feel is confusing for the listener and doesn't really go deeply into the questions. You are talking about inherited traits and their expression in the body. Is this not simply the personality, and, as such, not really important. I think what is important to look at is both fear and desire--where did they originate? Go beyond parental conditioning. Isn't fear part of the ancient brain, the amygdala, a concrete place in the body, and, if that is true, then the question becomes "is it possible to be rid of fear?"
The question of desire is very interesting. It is fairly easy to see the elements of desire and how desire equals pain. But what of the root of desire? Where did it originate? Is there a fundamental desire, a craving to be, that is also part of the ancient brain? Is craving the problem or is it our response to it that is the problem? Thank you very much for helping me to look deeply into these things.

This first dialogue reminds me of the idiom: "The sins of the fathers are visited upon the children."

And actually there is no Jean over there. It's all always happening in pure subjectivity as Francis over here_there is no over there. And what's more' the real kicker' is that it's just an appearance and nothing is happening at all. Just this. It blows my mind. A dance' a delight' a love affair for no reason whatsoever!

Muscular tension might lead to relaxation. The search might end, but you have to search beforehand.

You, as an individual mind, cannot find Universal Consciousness. But UC do knows itself.

Heart ... is not body sensation ... but body opens through this to subtleties ... so we may taste the all pervasive essence of love ... of which everything is comprised ... space ... forms ... and before both ... unnameable ... indescribeable silence ... pure potentiality
