First off... Sub'd faster than you ran that first 40..😏 So sick you have a channel. Secondly, you finished 6th in the OLYMPIC FINAL🔥🔥. The entire planet of Sprinters and you earned something most can only dream of, killing it in the Semis... and qualifying for an Olympic Final. Now don't get me wrong here, I LOVE Degrasse and he's as genuine as it gets and the whole Country is proud of his accomplishments , but I gotta admit when you won your Semi 🔥🔥 that might have been my favorite moment. 2 Canadians representing.... So proud of everything you've accomplished and the awesome attitude you put out there every season makes it easy to be a fan. Every season you're getting better and better, faster and faster, and all this experience shows with your successes. i’ve watched this vid a few times and i’m still struggling to understand what you mean when you say fishtail on the curve, would you mind explaining if you have the chance?
I’m referring to my inside leg and the way it chicken wings (or fish tails) as I’m going around the curve instead of going up and down. When it’s whipping outwards and not up and down, I’m putting less force into the ground and therefore running slower. Hope that makes sense
Depends on your running style and build. I’m taller and have quick turnover so it’s better for me to be in the outer lanes. Everyone is different though

The leg whipping thing happened to me yesterday 😫, I was in first place then got passed
It’s a common mistake that even happens to pros so no sweat. Just have to be aggressive through that area with your knee lift

I’ve ran 1 in my life in Tampa 2019. Want to do more in the future

Depends on your running style and build. I’m taller and have quick turnover so it’s better for me to be in the outer lanes. Everyone is different though

I prefer 5-7 and even 8 on a 9 lane track. But I’m a taller sprinter. Some shorter athletes prefer 4 even 3 sometimes.
