I got the superfly elite 2 a few months ago, and when i run in them, it has been slower than when i run barefoot. Im wondering if I just haven't clicked with the shoe, or is there anything I can do to fix this?
That’s strange. If you’re running on the track with spikes you should always be faster than barefoot. Maybe you don’t have the right size? Are the spike pins in them? Maybe you need to work on running on your toes so the pins actually work for you. Hard to know with limited info
