Any time you lineup in the 100m at the World Championships, you're going to be amongst the greatest sprinters and fastest humans in the world. Whether it's guys like Fred Kerley, Marvin Bracy, Trayvon Bromell, Christian Coleman, Oblique Seville, Andre De Grasse, Yohan Blake, Letsile Tebogo, or Lamont Marcell Jacobs; you know fast 100m races are about to pop off. Each round at the World Athletics Championships got faster and faster and I react to how I felt advancing through the prelims, running in the semi-finals and finishing 8th in the finals of the 100m at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

Tebogo did not deplet his tank ..he just messsed up his start in the semifinal i think because the nerves got the better of him 😢

Think you tightened up just a little in the final when you saw Bracy, and that's when they pull away, great race though!

quick question , why do you struggle with the last 40 if you a 200m guy
Great question. Short answer is race distribution. In order to be in the race and compete with the best in the world, I have to be in the race early. That forces me to expend a lot of energy in the turn and sometimes the tank is depleting faster than everyone else at the end. Also I have a bad habit of striking the ground in a decelerated way under fatigue. These are all things I'm still tweaking and looking to improve with my coach

I don't believe Nike lets you pick your Coach. They push you to one place. Im telling you when you come back to to Canada go speak to Ange Taylor about podium. She don't believe you will.. She knows sprinting.
