If you'd like, for the PNB can add onions, ginger and garlic.. 😊fry some chopped onion until translucent in some butter, then add some ginger and some garlic. Then toss in the soaked cashews and blend. Paste goes back into the sauce pan, you add your tomato puree followed by the spices and really cook on a slow flame till u see the gravy getting glossy (quite like marinara sauce). Traditionally, we add whole spices and chopped tomatoes and blend it all together after they cook. PS: Love the family day out!

Haha yes they pretty much brought their entire kitchens with them 😅 the viet food is from lucky saigon! their pho and bahn mi are good, the rest maybe not so much 😂 glad you are enjoying the otah!! Now i'm craving for it too.
