11:13 suddenly it hits me, it reminds me of the takoyaki that used to be next to tori q. Takashimaya's food stall changed a lot over the decade, I still remembered back when I was in 5/6 years old I love the gelato store which now became koi, the lemon sorbet. there used to be a stall that sells ee fu mian which often appears at the Takashimaya square, I loved it for more than a decade and they closed down and have no idea if elsewhere still sells it.
