Real talk. I just came back to 2k for at least 2 months, and everytime I play. The server be slow as hell like my player shots feel different especially the movements. But for some strange reason I drop 39 points with 5 assist in rec. Everything was slow but my shots was smooth as fuck

We’ve been talking about female players for 4 years now. The fact that we talked about it for years and still don’t have it just shows how much 2k has evolved innovation wise. This company is digging itself a grave right in front of us
Another thing i find hilsrious is these mfs talking about women being in the park is "unrealistic" but those same mfs be having 99overall myplayers with 94 badges but cant make a layup IN REAL LIFE......the *AUDACITY* lmmfao
Honestly, it comes down to dollars and cents. It doesn't make sense to spend a ton of money on character development, like making a story line, cut scenes and a whole wnba experience for people not to experience it. They did that with the W game mode and just like real life the men's league had to subsidize and carry it. Sure I'm sure there are a few handfulls of women that will play the game, but it doesn't justify spending money on a game mode that the vast majority of your customers have 0 interest in. Yes, there are creators that make novelty videos once a year abt the W. However, that's just what they are, novelties, something to be laughed at. Spending money on something that the majority of your customers don't care about when there is soo much more that needs to be fixed in your game is crazy and so are the people that think this is a good idea.
Or be honest if they add female MP to the neighborhood then the vc price might go up and upgrading your attributes might take long and it might take a lot of vc and patience.

My NBA 2k25 wish list. Better servers, rework jumpshots ideally make it harder to shoot. Try to make all the game modes the same input delay or close. Give less build attributes or go back to pie charts because builds can do everything now. And decrease the likelyness of getting standing dunked on a 6'6+ builds so post scorers don't take over 1v1 courts

Can't say video game when it's simulation licensed and what that means is it's what we see in the NBA if they want to play a video game play an arcade style game but it wouldn't make sense to put a female out there with male players it doesn't make sense.
Half of the time I played with at least two female players who was on the mic and they were good and they were cooking and half of the time so many female players don’t have a mic and they probably be good at the game. I know a girl was on IG pretty girl, but she plays two sometimes so at the end of the day yes like the females play let them have a story, they could separate from the other

Nobody is gonna boycott if there are female builds. You’ll probably even gain a few more fans and it gives us more options to make a build. Just make it to where there is mycareer games, but no story mode for the ladies. That helps cut down extra duties for 2k
If no female my players no story no WNBA draft at least give us that because at the end of the day at least the game will make it look feel new and not copy and paste. It’s something different. I think people will try it. Imagine OK you’re a female my career player you go to college or high school with this phenom girl and you get drafted. Just have a story like that. It would sell because it’s different. They keep putting these WNBA players on the cover and they keep giving the plays the same old shit you go in here and on top of that it’s 10 times harder to grind and build your WNBA player up where you get paid to win on your player, but I feel like it should just be the same maybe have all females in park and 5v5 courts even if you’re not gonna get majority of a lot of guys or players making female bills, I think at the end of the day it’s a lease 50% of women maybe 45% of women who play this game as men bills if you make a part or have a wreck maybe you could throw some AI bots in there but in reality, I just want a female my player with a story at least make it come to life

If they’re going to add female MyPlayers to the Park, at least put them in their own teams in the REC. This is NBA 2K, not YMCA 2K. The whole point is going from a bum out of college to becoming a Legend in the pros, right?
If NBALive and GTA want to mix things up, let them take this risk with YMCA Live25 (YMCA would probably give them the license for free anyway, lol). If GTA 6 adds sports to their game, that would put 2K out of business and make 🤑 sense. Rockstar could just partner with NBA Live, since neither of them has NBA or WNBA licenses anyway. But adding female MyPlayers to NBA 2K would be like letting men play in the WNBA. It just wouldn't be realistic. Which is why you can't wear skins in the Rec, correct? They might as well allow mascots in the Rec since most of the fruitcakes 🍰 identify as furries anyway, lol.

Look it's going to boost things from the hype and maybe fan base side cuz female players will be extremely excited. But other than that it doesn't really offer anything.
