This has given me a good reason to try and limit my eating to 8 hours. I did not know the benefits for my body and spiritual connection. Knowing this information is a great incentive to be more attentive to the hours I spend eating.

I had no idea serotonin was produced in the gut. Got a whole new perspective on fasting now too. Brilliant talk. Thank you Dr. Ross =)

I’m curious , why would I subscribe before listening to the content? I would think that you should analyze first and then subscribe when you determine that you like the content? Am I wrong?

Can you drink Black, Sugarfree, Coffee during the hours you're intermittent fasting?

Great question! Yes you can :) Coffee is okay. Dr. Painter let our staff at RTB know. He did talk about putting coconut oil in coffee and how that would be better and keep you full for longer as well.

I thought one was supposed to feed both a fever and a cold, opposite the saying, " Feed a fever and starve a cold." This doctor says to not eat so that the body can go after the sickness. Any thoughts from anyone? I also wonder if it is better for the eight hours to be coordinated with ones active schedule ( breakfast + 8 hours for day shift people and noon + 8 hours for swing shift people)?

I eat from around noon to 2:00 is when I start and I end around 8:00 or 9:00 which for me is a little too late

When I’m sick with flu or a cold I eat lots of fruit and drink plenty of warm drinks. I don’t think you can easily starve the flu or a cold - it just weakens you and let’s the sickness get worse.

While we get little DIRECT petroleum benefit from the dinosaurs, one must wonder how their interaction with the plant life might have encouraged greater biomass vs the world without them eating/fertilizing/pollinating/spreading seeds? God certainly had some HUGE reason for creating these animals (pun intended 😊)

    3:30. 18 + 8 = 24 hours ?

They have repeatedly said 16 to 18 hours
