Girl don’t be so hard on yourself! Learning to cook is like an art if that makes sense. It takes time just experiment and explore I honestly started by throwing random stuff together! Season with your heart!
My fav books of all time is 100% the summer I turned pretty series. Super easy reads and may be a bit better or just as good as the show 10/10 would recommend.

I used to get like that with grocery shopping! (Still do sometimes lol) I started cooking one new thing a week and I have my 3-4 core meals I know how to do now so I’m able to get the same grocery items weekly. It’s so relieving and saves money but I literally know how you feel ! Everyone around me knew how passionate I was about this subject I felt so unprepared all the time and thinking of where to order

you should try making quiche! its the easiest thing ever my mom makes it for christmas, its just premade pie crust, eggs and cheddar cheese, whatever you want in it like sausage or a veggie and a little bit of flour, not too many ingredients so it isn’t overwhelming
