This is genius! Best crochet tip ever! I hate weaving in ends and stopping to do a magic not every row would be horrible. Thanks to you I am making a blanket I’ve been wanting to do but never started because of the color change every row. Thank you so much. So excited to have found this.
this was super helpful thank you! I just started my first big project, a ruana with stripes, and I was trying to figure out the best tricks to avoid having to cut the yarn over and over.
Thank you so much! This video was incredibly helpful. I haven’t crocheted in years and started making a mitered square afghan. Half the blocks are one row stripes. My squares look beautiful and no weaving in a bunch of color change ends. 😊
Thank you for your video. It was very helpful. My pattern says to crochet in the back of each loop. I change the colors like you video says to, but the raised pattern is not coming out right. Can you help me?
Watch th-cam.com/video/h3SwT17Sdvg/w-d-xo.html Even if you aren't doing single crochet in your pattern, it will show you what crocheting into the back loop means. You may also want to get a copy of The Crochet Answer Book, which covers many crochet topics in a handy reference-sized book (see link in the video description).

Can this be done with two rows of each colors?
Of course, but if you do two rows of each color, the yarn ends up back on the side where you started, so you can turn every row.
