You could have had the people take a drink of water and then blow and it would have been in half from a single drink. You have to wait like 10 minutes since your last drink of anything to get a close number. This is why police do not pull you out and make you blow right away in my opinion. They wait for things to settle and thennnnn you can blow for a more accurate number.
