I live 2 miles from a beach. I used to race jetskis. When I would take the ski top the beach for wave jumping. I would without fail power wash the motor and after that I would always spray the whole ski and motor with wd40. My ski looked as new 4 yrs layer. It got me a good price when selling it. Because the guy knew I looked after it. Because he said every ski he looked at that had been near the sea water the motor was all white and crusty. Paint peeling etc . Mine was like new 👍
Rohan Penamatsa Thank you, it is an awesome bike. I am getting a lot of questions regarding the lights and License plate holder. I will be making a video on how I installed it very soon , stay tuned to the channel.
@@muzzmatrix Incase you hear of anyone interested. I had someone from Ohio trying to figure out how he could get it home using UShip shipping services. There is always a way, thanks.
I oil my chain every 500 miles and definitely after every wash. I try to wash the bike every other week. I get a lot of miles in when using for commute.
hec feliciano It’s called grease ninja You can use it to put on any can of oil you like. Just make sure you order the proper fit for your bike, they are different sizes depending on chain size. www.greaseninja.com/
What are your thoughts regarding ceramic coating? Think it's worth it? Do you think WD40 would interfere with a bike that had received a ceramic coating treatment?
Never really thought about ceramic Coat. Since what I do to keep this bike clean works well, I'll stick to it. WD40 and Ceramic Coating, not sure if that would be ok to use.
Hi - what make of snow foam are you using? - I'm struggling to find one that works without having to have a full blown pressure washer. You obviously water down the snow foam too - what proportions? thanks in advance. PS hyper 950's are awesome - got one too
What I did was use the bracket and put it under the battery Official Feniex Fusion Surface... www.amazon.com/dp/B06X9ZSLRX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I didn’t get the side mount, I used the one in the link. If you need close up pictures let me know.
Paul Mutuc I took the battery out and made two holes for the bracket. I also used the OEM license backing behind the license plate because it already has holes that hold the plate . I have pictures if you need them . Send me an email or I can text them . It won’t allow me to add them on here.
Never spray DW40 on the brakes since it is a lubricant and makes things slide, which is the opposite of what brakes are for. Only use brake specific products on brakes.
@@josephfelice601 I used to use them on my dirt bikes. If you are careful, you don’t need them. I stopped using them years ago. Many people in other countries ride these bikes in the rain without issues.
Nice bike! I did that trick right after I saw this video. Works great.
Nice ride dude, I pick mine up this week!

Totally agree, I sold my MX bikes for great prices after using them for a while. All because of the use of wd40, stuff works great.
Nice Bike. looks great especially the license plate holder. Can you tell where you picked that up from ? Thanks

No I don’t, sorry.
No joke, I remember hearing that WD-40 was good for arthritis. My favorite cleaner is simply a rag soaked in vinegar & water.
I guess it's good for a lot of things.
I am currently selling the bike if you know anyone interested.

Nice video. What bracket did you use to mount the license plate down low like that?
Scott Dawson It was actually home made out of something I had in the garage from a previous project. Amazon sells a similar bracket.
@@myhypermotard8351 Any way you post post a pic of the part you made and a link for Amazon? Thanks.
Scott Dawson sorry, I can’t find it on amazon anymore..
I took a picture , check the forum.

How is it's average mileage
Not sure since I go pretty crazy on it but I get around 115 to 130 miles a tank.
How often do you oil your chain? Like every time you wash it or less? And how often do you generally wash it?

I mix with water about two cap fulls and 1/3 full of water so that there is room for the air.

Where did you buy the spray bottle that you use for the foam?? Is it a specific one?

I added the bike air stem to it
How do you clean the radiator with thick bugs in it ?
I haven’t found an easy way. You just have to be careful to not bend the delicate vents. I use a very soft brush and patients to not push hard.
Do you clean your motorbike rims with WD 40 ? Can’t seem to get my rims super clean 🧼
I have in the past, it helps a little. I mostly use soap and water with brush.
@@myhypermotard8351 thanks 😊 but it’s ok for the rim paint?

Yes, wd40

Beware of not plugging the exhaust, you could rust your system, fry the cat, and ruin the mufflers.
