That day was definitely a win! Checked off all the gnarly features you wanted to and no crashes in multiple race runs. Heard from several “supreme”ly skilled riders how gnarly this trail is, never rode at the UP before but it’s at the top of the ride list for sure now!
Bro! Great story! Loved this vid. It would have been great to be there with you this year but life has a way of switching things up. Either way stoked to have gotten to ride last year with you in Copper harbor and Duluth. Epic rides.
I was in that race also. My time was a 3:15. I only did one lap. I did manpants on the riders right and it was easier than I thought. A lot guys went down on it this year compared to the past. Great job and I highly recommend Copper Harbor Trail fest to everyone. Really good time
Heck yeah nice work! I’ll have to spend some more time dialing in the lines if I do the race again. Def need to start riding the right line on Man Pants. Looked way faster for sure.
Copper Harbor has some great trails but if I was going to just ride I'd go to Spirit in Duluth. Not as many trails but they are just as good if not better. The deciding factor is riding the lift at Duluth is way faster up than those shuttles at Copper Harbor. There is often quite a que at Copper waiting for the shuttle.
Don’t know if you’ve been but shepherd mountain bike park in Ironton, Missouri, has a double black trail that’s just as challenging as anything I’ve ridden across the country. Worth a check if your looking for gnarly trails in the Midwest
Awesome racing you man! I can’t wait to get back out to Bellingham!!! (I’m the dude with the pink specialized demo)
Heck yeah man that race was so fun! Lmk if you make it back out this way and we can link up for some riding 🤘
This was sick! Stoked for you hitting your goals
Thanks! Copper Harbor is always a good time.
Very nice video keep up the high quality
Thanks for watching. 🤘

Copper Harbor is always a good time. I’ll be looking forward to your video of you letting the Spire eat up there when you make the pilgrimage.
Great video. Can’t believe you drove to Copper Harbor from Bellingham. That’s an amazing trip!
Well worth the 5000 miles round trip 😂

Great video. I'll hopefully be up there next season for the Enduro Race at Trails fest. Subbed.
Awesome! The enduro race is so fun. I would like to do that again at some point but I didn’t bring an enduro bike this year.
@@LoamerMTB Hell yeah! Maybe I'll see you next season.

Copper Harbor is a vibe tho… but yes Duluth is awesome. Spirit is one of my favorite bike parks.
@@LoamerMTB Copper is MTB land. It's a different world.
Awesome!

Just watched a vid of that place. Looks rad. Super cool history with the civil war battlefield as well.
