I’m from the UK and have followed this band for a few years now, I’m in Houston for work, and googled on the off chance to see if these guys were playing anywhere, there playing 30 minutes from where I’m staying at D’s Irish bar, I almost choked on my drink and went into a mad frenzy to book tickets, today is a good day, a very good day indeed!!!!!! @@Katsjosh compare it to SRV (og approved whiteboy) and then predecessors of blues in which originated from black ancestry out of pain and this just sounds 1234 abcd, an insult to what blues actually is in my opinion. i deleted my initial comment because it was insulting and i apologize. it was rude, sorry. i do still feel this way about stuff like this though. you used to have to really work your way up to even be playing with the OG's if you were not invited to black clubs. where's the soul? i will give them the production value is good and they don't sound bad, but it hurts a bit to see the emulation of blues fall short. and to act like its soulful is just a bit disconcerting. hopefully that opinion translates in an assertive but not too insulting way.

My thing is the lead guitarist, as brilliant as he is, looks like he belongs in a different band. My grandchildren (ages 5, 7, 9, and 11) and I laugh about... which of these things is not like the other. Lol

Can't stop coming back and playing this. I'm normally either a fan of the vocals or the guitar, but this song, EVERYONE contributes an amazing performance. The bass lines are great, drums, rhythm guitar, all work together. The last song that I felt was this together, was the Blues Alive version of Gary Moore's "Story of the Blues."
