    Good video, nice review and no more than 10min which I like. Good job! You’ve got another subscriber 👍

    Not every wide landscape needs the drama of an Ultra-Wide angle lens! Plenty of landscapes need something wider than a 40 or 50 but start to look small or uncomposed with 12 or 14mm lenses. Sometimes I even feel like 24mm is too wide for a "normal wide" but when cropping images to 4x3 or 4x5, a 24mm lens "feels" more like a 28mm which is why I like this lense!

    Great review Pavel! Maybe one day I'll consider this lens, if I'll get bored of manual focusing for photos. Cheers!

    It's really hard to decide when it comes to the Sigma I Contemporary series...I own the 65 mm f 2 and it's an absolutely fantastic lens...for landscape photography I'll have to decide between the Sigma 24 mm f 2 and the Samyang 50 mm f 1.4 mkII...very tough choice..thank you very much for such a great review!

    • @PavSZ
      @PavSZ  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sigma 24 and Samyang 50mm are two totally different lenses.
      Only you can decide, which one is right for you .... or get both

    Hello. As the owner of this glass from the owner, I want to ask. The preset on the aperture, the so-called declic, bothers me. When the petals are always open and close only when the shutter is pressed, to the set value. Is it possible to shoot without this function?

    • @PavSZ
      @PavSZ  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      the aperture in the lens does not close when the shutter button is pressed. De-clicked function only takes away the clicks preset when you turn the aperture ring so you can control the brightness while filming with the aperture ring without any sound recording.
      I think you are talking about a silent shutter option, That is nothing to do with the lens and is more camera specific. All mirrorless cameras can shoot with electronic or mechanical shutter. Electronic shutter can be set to silent

    Again great review! I noticed your photo’s have a really consistent color output. From m43 to Sony and Panasonic full frame, they all look really punchy with good skintones. I like your style very much, do you have any tutorials, presets or general tips how you accieve your distinct look?

    hi, i bought a panasonic s1 and i can't understand why when viewing a photo, when you enlarge it, the quality is very bad, any idea what i'm doing wrong? When viewed on a PC, the quality is excellent. There were no such problems on the sony a6400.

    • @PavSZ

    • @ilyadem6309

      @@PavSZ I realized that this is due to the fact that I shoot in raw, only the preview is displayed, and it is of poor quality, I did not find the settings anywhere to improve the quality of the raw file preview.

    So u said that shooting jpeg instead of raw will get rid of the “bulge” ?

    • @PavSZ
      @PavSZ  ปีที่แล้ว

      not exactly. At the time of filming this video there was no lens profile available from Adobe so the only way to have the bulging automatically corrected it was by shooting jpeg. The camera would correct it.
      Now it can be done by Lightroom, Photoshop (and others) on import as well

    Хорошее видео, спасибо!
    Недостаток объектива - отсутствие фиксации кольца диафрагмы, как это реализовано на Art - ах.
    Очень легко свернуть.
    Сделали бы более тяжёлое вращение - было бы лучше.
    В остальном - отличный, удобный объектив, использую с fp.

      there is no one setting. Settings change depending on the situation, light and the style of photo or video you are trying to achieve. You need to learn about the exposure triangle and relation between ISO, shutter speed and aperture and you will know all the setting ever needed
