I learned from experience, you don't want the wood beside the house. Moisture and the wall airflow etc just don't have the best relationship. My bed was on the inside, was getting moldy. I like mine right across from my door.

I guess you are not used to wood houses. It's fine to attach a wood structure to a wood house. If you get mould inside you did something very wrong.

Yeah this is soft criticism but you never put a bug trap up against or next to your house. Termite swarms are a real thing.

You are getting plenty of comments on the negatives of putting firewood against a house. Causing mold inside the house doesn’t make sense. Holding moisture against the house will cause rot in the logs of the cabin. Termites, other bugs, and small critters are all real problems.
The other one is fire danger. A lot of houses burned here in Oregon because of nice dry firewood stacked against them. I do like the craftsmanship you show in your builds. 😊

Yes, i have a few jobs to do before winter:) one of them is to finish the A frame, but I was unable to get the rear wall glass. But yesterday I got it so hopefully I will manage to do it before winter :)

Never store wood less than 30 feet from a house: termites, bugs, critters.
Temporary stacking: wood to be burned in 24-48 hours, OK.
