Just did my first ever change of brushes on a tool. Typed my query into the search and was SO excited that a video of yours popped up first! I already subscribe to you for your Easel and sign making tips and tricks and all of your videos are layed out great and very helpful! You are always a go-to channel for CNC work and even thinking about a Fox alien because of your reviews. Thank You for all the information, you are great!
Would you consider making me a couple of signs. I will pay . I know you can do them with the xcarve. 1 is a banner about 24" x 6" that says ( God blessed our broken roads ) 2 a heart about 24" that says our Love knows no bounds.
Thanks for uploading this! Just had my router quit and was going to purchase a new one. I’ll have to investigate this first to see if it’s just this simple.
Now that's something I need to do, first job for tomorrow is to check my Brushes and second is to order some spares. I'm not sure how many hours mind has done since I built my X carve in April but I'm guessing it is quite a few. Thanks for the reminder.
Cliff Phillips. I keep a log of every Carve I do with the time recorded. I know that my brushes last for about 150 to 160 hours. I could push that number further but it is not worth risking a failure. That allows for a safety factor.
Reg A. The brushes can be purchased fro amazon. www.amazon.com/Dewalt-DWP611-Porter-Replacement-A27343-4pk/dp/B00X1LF708/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1533783191&sr=8-3&keywords=dewalt+611+brushes
@@PawPawsWorkShop Thank you, sometimes when I’m doing a roughing pass on let’s say a flag where it’s all straight lines I feel the need to speed it up to like 100 Ipm and felt like I should also run the router at a higher speed as well.

The part number is A27343-4pk . Amazon and others carry these using that number. The number stamped on the brush is E105.
Thank you. I also have a link in my affiliate link section in the description to purchase the brushes.
