  • It's time to flood the UNS 3N dry-start! This little 3 gallon nano aquarium has been dry-starting for about 2 months and I finally have all of the equipment together. I'll walk you through the set up process of the filter, lighting, CO2, and water change system. We'll also talk about the maintenance routine for the upcoming several weeks. Thank you to Buce Plant for sponsoring today's video!

I'd have to say that you couldn't make a better video & it's always a great time to watch someone who is so interested in bringing their own knowledge of how to & why it works ... The little tips you always give, like your choice in filtration ? I don't think I have ever noticed it before but I love the way UNS made the cannister and I will be ordering 1 from BUCE as soon as the Hygrophilia Pinnatafida ? tissues are back , thanks for sharing and I'll always be hoping that you make some longer videos on your channel 🙄 Just about the only thing that I could ever see making it even better , but that's just because I'm always looking forward to the next time.

Thanks for the kind words! I'd definitely like to make some longer vids in the future. Right now, I'm in this tight spot where my channel is so small, I have to keep my content brief otherwise YT won't recommend it. It's a delicate balance

Awesome scape man. I really like that stone!!! It makes me want to go and find a new type of rock to work with. Can't wait to see the progress with this setup.

Hey Dave, great to hear from you! Just watched your new vid with some coffee yesterday morning. This mountain stone is dope to work with. It has such interesting texture! Looking forward to adding the shrimp soon

Great video as always! Did you dry start the Logan Rando way or did you plant the mc into the soil?

I did this Logan style where you just sprinkle cuttings and push down a little bit

You might consider yellow king kongs.. I think they would look nice on these rocks.

I agree! Yellow would look so good on those rocks.

Do you recommend all the Uns accessories? If you weren’t sponsored would you spend your own money?
    Delta filter and co2 regulator

Oh yeah, I used UNS products for years before Buce Plant and I began our partnership. While I personally use OASE filters primarily due to the built-in heater and ease of maint, I do have a UNS filter and it's dope. The regulators are very very high quality and I think the glass is the best in the industry.

I just got my hands on one of the new all in one tanks and these are hands down the most elegant designs I've seen. While I'm not usually a fan of all in one, these are very well done!

Sorry bro, your tank is very nice, but your voice is very nervy....
