I don't care if the Boundary Break formula is repetitive. All that matters to me is if the game involved is one I'm really interested in. I watch the show *for* that formula, after all. But I'm really glad you're doing news now too. You're A LOT more relatable for me than any of the inspirations you mentioned, or anyone else I can think of. And your unique perspective and positive attitude are refreshing.
I relate to Derreck(spelling do not know which spelling of Derreck he uses lol) as well.... -We are both Celtic(I assume by his appearance) with red hair -Both of us are nerds -Chrono Trigger is my fav game of all time like it is with him -Both of us are 36 I think -My fav color is Purple and Blood red like his his Purple -Both of us are Star Fox fans I can go on and on. Anyways what a strange post but I just had to point these weird coincidences out.
Region break is my absolute favorite series from you, and this channel is another great thing you've made recently. I love the direction that you're going in.
I knew about your channel and I binged a lot of your videos in 2020, even since then I’ve seen you pop up in collabs such as GVG and alro, glade you made this channel since I love watch other peoples input on Nintendo as a past time!
I've been watching Boundary Break since 2019, and it hasn't gotten too repetitive yet. I watched you, Beta64, and A+Start since 2019 actually. I've been enjoying the content here as well, tuning in when I see you talking about a topic that interests me. I'm hoping that this small channel continues to grow, but I guess that we'll see. 😊
Been with you since the very beginning, of boundary break. I also follow you and talk to you from time to time on twitch, and I really like this new channel, it's cool having you share your thoughts with us.
You’re on the right path, Shesez! I started off in BoundaryBreak and I’ve always loved your perspective on the work that you do. If this is where your heart is guiding you towards, follow it! We’re here to support. You also always keep an open mind and listen to feedback and we just want you to thrive. Looking forward to the future with you!
“And Sheez is the host, the puppeteer.” And Arlo isn’t a puppeteer? 🙃 I joke, though. I really have loved this channel. It’s one of the few places I can go where I know the creator truly WANTS to talk about what they love freely, without worrying about reach and audience, caring more about passion than success.
Long-time viewer of Boundary Break, first-time viewer here: I'll be watching your entire backlog and staying tuned going forward. Keep up the good thing you have going here :)
It's super healthy taking time away from work you have to/known to do, and pursuing on creating things that you're passionate about and enjoy making. Not to mention the burnout that comes with having to make only one specific type of thing over and over. Happy to see you're branching out on this channel and talking about whatever it is on your mind, while still planning to continue Boundary Break. I'm still shocked on how small the channel subscriber count is (currently) compared to the main channel, but I hope that continues to grow! I've enjoyed listening to your recent discussion videos while I'm at work or doing dishes. Definitely keep it up! I await the Resident Evil videos
I'm really enjoying this channel and I appreciate your thoughts as you never seem to be negative about things. That is refreshing in this age of the internet. Seems you simply say something is not for you but may be for others. Happy to see that you are enjoying making the videos and I shall continue to enjoy them!
This video I think was exactly what I needed to see to stick around. I have nothing against Boundary Break, but it was never something that truly grabbed me. I've played a lot of Garry's Mod, so I kind of get the idea of how out of bounds maps go, haha. But one thing I do really dig is your laid back persona. While most people I see in the gaming space are loud, proud, and performative, you're very calm and collected, which is much more in line with my own personality. When I saw your Metroid Prime 4 reaction and you DIDN'T scream off the top of your lungs, it was oddly refreshing. And I'm happy to see that this channel is something you can run your own way and you just talk about what you want to in a healthy manner. I much prefer that over seeing a thousand videos about baseless Switch 2 rumors for easy views. Keep it up, dude. I'm quite digging the style.
Regardless of what the future has in store for you, am staying, you ARE a great dude, something i realized from the people i subscribe to is that i watch for the content but stayed for the person, you are that person, any other bonundary break-esc person just doesnt click for me, keep going strong shesez
Loving that you are doing these other things such as the news channel! This is great! Put out that Resident Evil video! Branch out, make yourself happy.
I'm glad you're continuing this side project! Always love watching you talk about various happenings in the games industry and your opinions, even when I disagree. Keep it up!
I knew of Boundary Break and like the concept, but it’s not the content I usually engage with. I like discussion style videos and I like to use them as podcasts. So I fit in that category of only following this channel. And it’s awesome btw. This and TopicArlo are perfect short form conservation channels. Keep it up.
Nice to know you're feeling well about the channel, keep it up! I enjoy listening to you talk so even if I'm not interested in the topic I look forward to watching your vids and hearing your opinions. Thank you
Hey Shesez, Boundary Break was the sole reason for me to start watching gaming TH-cam videos years ago. And from that point on I’ve watched a lot of youtubers but I always keep watching your content. Feels a bit like I’m on this journey with you. Thanks for all the great stuff and I am looking forward to what the future holds!
I started watching Boundary Break in 2017, and I think my interest has waned only because the out of bounds concept itself has become less appealing to me personally. Has nothing to do with you as a person or creator of course, I love this channel because we get to see you more naturally and I'll still watch Boundary Break every now and then if it's a game I really enjoy. I also really like the Region Break series, again because it appeals more to my current interests. Anyways, just thought Id share my viewet perspective. Loving the new channel, all the best Shesez 🙌
Im here from blundary and region break, loving the content and hearing your thoughts and opinions on stuff, keep up the good work mate. Do whatever you're passionate about on this channel ❤
I don't know much about video games, I'm just a casual video game player who's also really bad at it, so I don't ever have anything to add to a conversation about anything video games related. But I love listening to people who are passionate about a topic I'm also somewhat interested in and who have fun at what they're doing because it makes me happy too and I can also learn more about that topic. That's why I love to watch your videos here and listen to you talk about the video games you enjoy :)
I mean it when I say your voice is VERY nice to listen to (respectfully of course lmao) so having a channel where you can just talk about the stuff your passionate about is really good! I say keep up the awesome work and do what makes you happy :D oh and I've been with Boundary Break for a very, VERY long time, probably since at least 2017 heh
I've always been more of a Shesez fan than a Boundary Break fan personally. I love your videos a lot but I will be honest I dont love Boundary Break as much as I used to because I feel like its gotten stale. Its absolutely a great show but its the same thing with any other great show, once the creators arent having as much fun you can really tell that with the end product. But the thing ive always liked is how you never just wanted to be the "Boundary Break Guy" and you always did stuff like Region Break, Game Club Podcast, Streams, or Update Videos on your main channel where you talk about everything else, heck my favorite video on your main channel was that one video where you just talked about real life stories from awhile ago. But now with this channel I feel like I see more Shesez than Boundary Break and that is very cool. Your a cool guy Shesez and keep doing what you like to do!
I've been watching Boundary Break since the Ocarina of Time colab (remember that?) and things haven't gotten stale for me. I just really find it interesting and Region Break is just as interesting (if not more so) to me.
I quite like just watching your stuff where you talk a lot more casually because its both good background noise (and interesting news) and that me and your audience cares about what you're doing
I may be snarky in the boundary break comment section, But not so much here because You're just a nice guy telling the news. Keep it up mister nice guy.
I like this. This channel has been fitting in well with all the channels you pointed to as inspiration. I actually like and watch them all. While I love Twitter, I only use it for art, so videos to handle a wide variety of thoughts here is definitely up my alley~ Keep it up!
I love watching and listening to what you have to say about the gaming industry. You have an interesting view on things, and I find myself agreeing with most of what you say! Keep up the awesome content on both channels!
Love Boundary Break but I hella look forward to Shesez the News! The gaming industry is in shambles and I like hearing that I’m not the only one noticing it.

Everyone seems to be doing this format, nowadays! I started it a while back, two other channels I watch regularly are doing it too. Even TommyInnit started doing it a while back, taking inspiration from jschlatt, who in turn got the idea from someone else. I think we're all just sick of the state of current TH-cam. There's too much effort put on algorithms, marketing, retention and personalities. Successful videos aren't enjoyable videos anymore, both for viewers and for creators. A lot of viewers want content they find authentic and a lot of creators want content for people to resonate with. I'm all for a change in course, with the old-fashioned talking-in-front-of-a-camera style of video. I think a lot of creators are waking up to the burnout that is pleasing an algorithm, so a lot of us are shifting to more emotionally-driven passion projects. It's a step closer to getting the site to where it once was.
Sad to hear that you are losing passion for Boundary Break. It is understandable though as burn out is definitely a thing. I hope you get your passion for that content back some time. I think you can go a bit harder voicing your opinion especially on games you enjoy playing yourself. Sometimes feel like you’re holding back on giving your opinion because ppl might disagree
I guess the difficulty with your kind of program is to keep appealing everyone. To be honest i follow you for a long time now, i like your personality but i admit i passed a lot of your videos because they talk about games i dispaprove and/or i don't think interresting, video games that i have no nostalgia for. I mostly here for older games which are colorful. You probably already noticed that too but i guess you do more views with "mascot's games" in general, especially if the game is from the golden era. Games that are too serious, too realistic, seem to attract less people in general, unless it's a very very popular game. Now i know you cannot keep focusing on those oldies games eternally. I also think some games which are also mascot's games made now a days, are also not really working that well for you, i think it's because most of your viewers are probably too old to have truly experienced them and create a real love and i think not enough people developped a form of curiosity about what might be hidden behind the walls of those games.
Oh I freaking love mascot games. I wish there were more in this modern age! It's totally OK to pass on anything you don't vibe with too btw. Is there any topics in particular you'd wanna see me cover?
@@ShesezTheNews Well i'm a hudge fan of the DKC series on Snes but i'm not really sure you can really boundaries break with them. It's weird i was almost sure you already treated some fun glitches on those game but i might have seen that elsewhere. I know those games have a ton of glitches, it might be interresting. Also i take that opportunity to ask you what do you think about Playtonic who wants to remake Yooka Laylee, the original game has been released only in October 2017. (i never played the original). I don't get the idea behind except for selling their game once again at full price for sure. Pretty strange to do that instead of making a sequel made with heart.
I'm that small percentage of people that found this channel without knowing anything about Boundary Break 😅
Dude that is so amazing thanks for being here lol!

When are you doing something with Vinny/Vinesauce next?
Also I don’t find boundary/region break boring or repetitive at all.
I might ask him if he wants to do a discussion some day. Definitely a chill time whenever we talk games
@@ShesezTheNewsAh ok, he mentioned doing something with you in the future a week or two ago but don’t really specify anything.
