It reminds me of me bodyboarding at Pererenan beach (Canggu) with a powerful swell. I got smashed. At least this spot has some sandy-reef to manage things better but the waves are just plain scary sometimes !
Also there's a mini wedge there with some frankenstein waves coming out. You should try to go there.

the intro is fine bro wdym?
you have to shift your body weight forward ,laying so far back on your board is robbing you of speed witch makes tube riding a lot harder ,and once you get used to shifting your body weight around it will make doing spins a lot easier.
PS forget about drop knee ,you still have a LOT of work to do on your board boarding, one more thing loose the yelling and screaming you don't need the attention.

Keep on trying willy, the progress is there. You need to move your weight forward to gain speed and the 360 will be much more faster nd easier. The roll needs a powerful lip dont forget.

You are to used to surfing reefs with a easy paddle out you need beaches with a 2-3 foot wave head to soldiers instead Willy , jump off the rocks and paddle across to the break , when you get a wave paddle back out .
It's about timing when paddling out on big days. Watch the waves then go after big sets come in. Whilly boy

Best waves I saw were at the beach breaks, just rippy and shifty and harder to catch. Besides, you got rejected! If that does not happen occasionally you are not trying hard enough.
PS lose most of the flat spin 360’s they just screw up the POV. I think they look pretty lame from shore too. Just my opinion.
