I wouldn’t give up my window seat for a middle seat. Even for an hour long flight. I’m surprised how these guys even have the courage to ask for an exchange.
I think there's nothing wrong in asking to swap seats, I also think there's nothing wrong in refusing to swap either :) I have recently seen people often ask for cash (seat charge you paid + a convenience fee of your choice) whenever someone asks to switch seats in the US
Wow they changed the delta airlines themed seats to Air India themed seats in Premium economy. Also they installed the latest version of Air India IFE software.

I'm taking a two-week trip to Delhi next month, flying on Air India non-stop out of SFO to Delhi, a flight that lasts 15.45 hours. I'm looking forward to my vacation but not my flight. I've never flown Air India, not sure what to expect, but thanks to your video, I have some idea.
I remember flying Air India seven years ago. They used to serve roti or paratha with the main dinner meal. Now for a while, they have been giving a bun. It’s awful because I have seen older people struggle while having their meal. I really hope they change it back to paratha or roti.

OMG ! You should have got the air hostess to intervene. And as for the lady , she should have planned better knowing she is travelling with kids, rather than inconvenience you.
You forgot to say that Air India has 9 abreast seats per row in Economy in their Boeing 777-200 LR aircrafts where as most of the airlines including Emirates have 10 abreast seats per row intheir Economy Class thereby cramping your shoulder space!

I've had two airlines recently change my seat to allow families to sit together without asking me first; and I paid extra for my seat choice. I had to go back to the gate and argue with the gate agent to switch me back.

My 4 hour flight on air india uses a320neos it’s not that comfortable I hope they switch to the 777 or other wide bodies
