they have improved so much over the years it's nuts. this is amazing. there last album they made was fantastic from the first song to the last. it blows my mind how they havnt gotten "old" and sloppy over the years like other bands. they've been good since day 1 and continue to be great.

Absolutely feel the same way. Every album they make is more creative and well written than the last, and they've been doing it for 10+ years, very few bands to ever exist can do that. They've been such a rewarding band to follow for the last 10 years.

Honestly, this band can do no wrong. I've never witnessed a band consistently pump out so many good songs for 10+ years. They seem to be endlessly creative, and super hard working. They are in my top 3 favorite bands ever, and I don't listen to *any* other post-hardcore bands.
Same i cant really find any other band as good as silverstein thats been consistent and doesnt do any overproduced sounds.
Dear Silverstein, and here we are in 2016.. Wasn't it just yesterday that I went to an Underoath show and instead discovered the greatest band on Earth. Oh wait no, that was like 13 years ago.. Over 13 years and 7 albums and still keeping their music fresh with the same Silverstein class. You guys are my gen's Rolling Stones. ;)

The is pretty good, and I love Silverstein's sound. That being said, I cannot stand how Rise Records feels the need to control every artist under their label. Silverstein, in my opinion was much better and more unique before Rise felt the need to step in.
STU-Jacob Lykins rise ruined Chelsea Grin... Artery was the one who helped them unleash their true potential... Rise mostly corrupts bands who were once good on a different label into being money hungry sellouts... Not trying to be all hipster here, just speaking on Rise's history with bands who started on a different label

Saw them in Concert at Bogarts in Cincinnati. Silverstein pulled me through the good times and bad. The break ups and the successes! They are every bit as awesome live as in my car turned up to 11!

Tbh I've pretty much stopped listening to hardcore but Silverstein is one of the few I still care about. They have a knack for pushing their sound just the right amount with each release!

My music tastes changed many times in the past 10+ years, but it always seems that whenever I feel like listening to heavier stuff, I can always come back to Silverstein, it's always going be good.
Who knows. Maybe I won't listen to this stuff again for another 1, 2 or 3 years, but you can be sure that I've confidence that when I inevitably go back to my hardcore roots, this band will have produced again many more great albums for me to catch up to.

Silverstein is not just my favorite band still after some time, they’re also my Emo legends (yours too, haha)! After decades of their career, they’ve managed and still are managing to put out such amazing albums & songs. You don’t have to love every album & song by them, but you have to admit that everything by them is so fucking amazing. You have to have some variety in albums & songs, otherwise it would be so boring listening to any band. I really hope that vast majority of Silverstein’s fans agree with me on 100%. If you don’t, I pity you.
Silverstein is one of the few bands, if not the only band, which has stayed so fresh after all these decades. And in my personal opinion they have even managed to become better than before. Not every band has at least stayed the same. Some bands don’t even exist anymore and still haven’t come back yet. This is why Silverstein is still my favorite band after some time now.
Can’t wait to hear more new songs & albums by them, to keep going to their concerts, to see them during VIP times, to buy new albums by them, etc.

I saw my son (he's turning 13 this year) listening to Still Dreaming on my laptop; it's been a few years since they released Arrivals And Departures and I feel old now. Really old. I'm pleasantly surprised about how they turned out to be when I checked and listened to this song and I'd be really delighted to hear some re-records of their earliest songs from their previous albums.

Just to get ahead of the crowd of people who are uneasy about the sound- A- theyre trying something slightly different, chill. B- "this doesnt sound like a silverstein song" listen to it a few times, it'll grow on you, it 100% sounds like a silverstein song, just listen to the bit at 1:58 and tell me thats not silverstein. Their sound has done plenty of slight changes over the years. C- this doesnt mean the whole album will sound like this. I think its pretty rad, other than the Woah's

People have been complaining about Silverstein changing since Arrivals and Departures. I may be in the minority in this, but I enjoy quite a few songs off that album.
The first song Silverstein releases from their new album always ends up being the worst one on it. "Stand Amid the Roar" and "Midwestern State of Emergency" were the first ones release from their respective albums and they came across as generic and took a while to grow on old fans. The rest of the album is going to be great.
Im glad Paul got another cameo on the mic. Hes got a nice voice and it was a huge surprise to hear it. But it fits!! great song!!
