NEWS: We're putting together a next level LiveStream concert event! This will be the first time the 5 of us will enter a room together since we came home from tour back in March & we will be performing songs from all of our Albums! LINK: livefrom.events/silverstein/ Tickets are available to purchase now for $10 with a portion of the proceeds being donated to NIVA - supporting independent music venues affected by COVID-19. The whole thing will be a Multi-track Audio Recording into a Vintage 1971 Neve 8014 Console & Captured by 4 HD Video Cameras. Video will be Produced by Wyatt Clough (director behind our videos such as: Infinite, Bad Habits, Lost Positives, Whiplash) & Audio will be Produced by Sam Guaiana (producer behind: A Beautiful Place to Drown & REDUX: The First 10 Years) It will stream at 4pm EDT on July 19 (google your time zone to find out when it airs locally). If you can’t make that time, it will be available Video On-Demand for 48 hours afterwards. Thanks for your support!
Upon returning home from our postponed North American tour, we knew that we had to find a way to play together. Instead of just hopping on a Zoom call, we actually wanted to record and make this thing sound awesome. Each of us performed and recorded our parts at home, and we passed the whole thing to our producer, Sam Guaiana, to mix it. From there, we wanted to make what feels like a sitcom, documenting our time in isolation and pulling the curtain back on our daily lives. We enlisted Wyatt Clough, the director behind most of our recent music videos, to help edit and narrate the video. We hope the end result is something that can bring some comfort to our fans who are also isolated during this time, and we can’t wait to step on stage for them again once this is all behind us!
Thank you for all the years of incredible music! Got to see you guys last year with ABR and I'm still blown away. Glad to see the arm healed up well, Shane!
I love that Shane had the music video for Smile In Your Sleep playing in the background. Despite the song being released 15 years ago, they sound like a better band now. Crazy!
