This is our second go-round with the VF Engineering Supercharged Lamborghini Huracan - our first round, filmed a year ago, was interrupted by a man dragging a log down a road. Now, VF has upped the boost, changed the exhaust, and upgraded the fuel delivery system for a totally streetable, seamless 700 WHP and 550 Wheel Torque. The car is brutally fast on the power, while completely stock feeling at low speeds and off-boost.

I am actually stunned by the amount of people hating on the exhaust crackles/afterfires and some even calling it a fake sound as if it's being pumped through the speakers or something. I think it sounds unreal!

I get annoyed by it too, mainly because it used to mean "hey that car is not stock at all, I bet it has tons of power!", now it means "hey another mild performance version of any VW/BMW/Benz car"
... EVERY one of the thousands of A45 AMGs in my town, does 10 seconds of pure crackles at EVERY gear shift, its just not special anymore and it sounds way too controlled as well

I've always loved lambos, but never really truely wanted one.... UNTIL NOW. That is the ideal lambo. SCARY amount of horsepower, a barely tamed bull. The Essence of what made old lambos so great. Nice review man. I now know exactly what I would get if I was rich. lol

It wouldn't be hard to get a car like that. For 25k you could probably buy a Foxbody mustang or a WRX and mod it to 700 wheel horsepower or so and also get brakes.

It would be cool to see the audio from the smoking tire "one takes" on Apple Music or podcast, I spend all my data listening to the audio from the one take videos on TH-cam while I'm driving, I've been to busy to watch the videos lately but during my commute I like to listen to episodes. The audio sounds so much better from my car speakers than from my phone too!

That exhaust sounds great. I guess it's fine for a car you're not going to commute in, but I couldn't imagine that in a daily driver. Luckily no logs today.

Also look into shift sector/revvolution, they do a lot of airport racing around the country. We have the Pikes Peak Airstrip Attack here in Colorado, mid June at the Colorado Springs airport

PreDaToReLeaSeD I know, that's why they don't let me wear sunglasses on TV. But it's really bright out here and my eyes really start to hurt if I don't wear them.
Great video btw, maybe there is something fancy you can you with a polarised film on the camera lens and a different type of sunglass, when polarised lenses came out originally I remember a film that would cancel it out so they would appear more clear.

Next time you do palomar do the back side. It's considered the "fast" side because the turns or much more open and can carry a lot more speed throughout the mountain.
i actually prefer the VF supercharged versions of the Huracan/Gallardo to the UGR twin turbo lamborghinis, looks like you can still actually track these VF cars
Almost as fast as that modified Z06. It does sound a lot better though. Very nice car.
800hp+ in a 100% original transmission is because the torque doesn't change much. The maximum power that the DL800 can handle is around 800hp, but everyone knows that what really damages transmissions is torque. That's why it's about a 300+ gain, but not much in terms of torque. The torque comes at lower revs than stock.
