Oh my goodness! Your comment about seeing it in the sunlight. I’m a retired 1st grade teacher. One sunny day I was enjoying lunch outside with some of my children. One very serious boy said, “Miss Rush, are you a kitty?” I replied, “Ruben, what makes you think that?” He chimed up, very sweetly, but seriously, “because you have whiskers on your face, just like a kitty!” Oh the innocent truthfulness of the young! That week I began having my face waxed.
I have tears in my eyes from laughing. Out of the mouths of babes. 😂. When I was visiting my family from out of town I was staying at my mom’s in my old bedroom. I was going to go swimming with my nephew who was about 7. I had my bathing suit laid out on my bed and he saw it and asked me why I was going to wear an old ladies bathing suit (it had a little skirt). I laughed and told him it’s because I am an old lady!
LOL! I definitely understand. Whenever I have hair on my chin my 3 year old like to rub my chin. She has a word that she calls it but I don't understand what she is saying.
Thank you so much for this video. I’m 72 and had laser hair removal years ago. It didn’t last and you were supposed to only shave between treatments. I have been shaving my chin and upper lip for years now. Now I have lots of white coarse hair that is hard to remove even shaving without having shaver bumps. It is my greatest insecurity that I will have to go into the hospital for extended stay and I will look like a man as the days progress. Last time I had hip replacement, I took my razor and kept in my bed so I could touch up when nurses weren’t around. Yes, my insecurity is that deep. I’m ordering the nose trimmer today. I guess I’ve been using the ear trimmer on my nose. Didn’t know this attachment existed. THANK YOU!!
@@abiering just wanted to reach out and tell you I've felt the exact same way about being in the hospital!!! Strange the things that bother us but there it is. Wishing you a lovely holiday!!
I tried waxing. I tried threading. Now i shave with small dermaplan razors. I do it twice a week. Thankyou for this video. So nice that i am not alone!!
Thank you so much for this video! I am 74 and I fight facial hair and nose hair constantly. My mother’s side of the family, all the females have it. I purchased the flawless facial hair remover and the Remington nose hair remover. I know my makeup is going to look much better! God bless you Sharalee! Love all of your videos. Especially the uncut GRWM videos. Give your sweet puppy a hug for me. She is adorable! We have a black 6 pound Malti-Pooh. She rules our 3 cats too. Looking forward to your next video!
The issue i find with the Flawless or any other electric razor is that it doesn’t give a close enough shave; thr hairs are still very visible and feel prickly to the touch. Maybe it would work great for removing an overall light, fluffy peach fuzz but for those of us with coarse hair that arent just strays, but in a fairly dense growth pattern...i dno. Never worked for me 😢😢😢 thanks regardless for addressing an issue that needs to be talked about more.
I recently began laser hair removal on my legs. At 58, I'm sick of shaving and the hair isn't lessening with age! It is not cheap and it can be uncomfortable at times. Let's face it, hair grows in private places and it can sting at times. But I am seeing results and feeling better about myself. I will do as many places as possible. I can single handedly make my practitioner a millionaire!
I'm 70. I didn't start losing my armpit hair and leg hair until my mid 60's. Now I can't see the hair very well because my eyesight isn't what it used to be. 😂😂😂
Thank you for diving into the uncomfortable things. For years I struggled and couldn't figure out why everyone else's face always looked so smooth, and mine didn't. Until I found out that women where shaving too! It just wasn't talked about. Then I saw one of your other videos where you mentioned it and I was saved. Thank you again. The nose hair trimmer part had me laughing out loud. I absolutely added that to cart! ❤❤❤
Yeah it’s not just you I thought it was just me but one other woman at my work said that she gets the tweezers out with a mirror every night as well ha ha
The Best way to nix facial peach fuzz is with Sally Hansen Creme Hair Remover ❤️ It's very economical, painlesss, and I only have to do it about once every 6-8 weeks.
I am 57 and have always been hairy everywhere… I finally invested in laser hair removal and love the results! It can hurt like a mother….. but worth it.

Thank you so much. I’m an older retired hairstylist. I used to wax on a weekly basis but I know I can’t anymore. My facial skin is much thinner and loser so waxing would cause damage. Also, any form of cream depilatory would cause a problem to my sensitive skin. I have shaved but I don’t like to. I do have one of the little gadgets that you prefer so will try it again. Currently, I’m just tweezing…a lot.
Hi Sharalee! I have been using the Flawless Finishing Touch for years. I just upgraded to the newest version and like it so much more. I can actually see with it. I highly recommend it. I also recommend carrying one in your purse. There’s always that one or two hairs you see when you’re in the car! I wrote the previous part before I realized you were going to talk about nose hair. Thank goodness I don’t have that problem yet and I’m 65. Thanks for doing this (made with love) sweet & informative video!❤
So glad you love the new Flawless too! Great tip to carry an extra one with you...it's amazing how good the lighting in the car is!!😂 Thanks for faithfully watching, sweet friend💖
When I saw the title of your video, I just had to watch. At the end of the video, I ordered the "Flawless by Finishing Touch" for the facial hair and the Remington nose hair remover, and they are all you said they were. I have tried many products throughout the years and really like these. They deliver just as you described. Thank you so much and may God bless you!
I've never shaved my face with a regular razor that I would use for shaving my legs. I have actually performed dermaplaning on my face about 4 times now. It feels amazing after it's done and my face just glows afterwards. I follow a few estheticians on TH-cam as well, for tutorials and needed products. I do all of the required prep before I do the dermaplaning and I put the necessary product on afterwards as well. I've had my face professionally done as well. However, it's costly. I have to pick and choose what I choose to pay for in terms of "beautifying" myself so to speak. LoL. I choose my hair. LoL. I manicure my own natural nails as well. It's therapeutic for me. I do have a face shaver as well. And a special nose hair trimmer for my nose hairs. It's battery operated and it's perfect. It really sucks getting older. I have hair growing in places it shouldn't in my 50's that I never had when I was in my 30's and even my 40's. While I was nervous about doing my own dermaplaning, I'm more nervous about waxing it. I did buy a face wax kit. Just working on trying the waxing. I bought some wax strips too. Because my skin is dry now that I'm older, I can get away with as long as 6 weeks before those pesky hairs start taking up real estate space on my face again. I'm there now. I may try the facial waxing this time. You are absolutely beautiful and I enjoy your videos and all of your tips. Keep them coming! 🙂
Thanks for addressing the OMG WHAT IS THAT?!!! issues of female aging 😳 I recall that in my 50's, looking a my dear friend and noticing, um, "little stragglers" emerging from her nostrils and being slightly horrified but unsure if I should mention it or not... then having a lightbulb moment and going to the mirror to check if I too had some unwelcome guests (and sure enough - there they were)! I bought something like the Remington off of Amazon and use it more regularly than I would like to admit! In passing, mentioned my purchase to my friend and [koff koff] her little stragglers are no longer to be seen! 😇
What a wonderful and helpful video. Thank you for your honesty about the issues we all have ! Also I love your hair. You can rock that style and color!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’m an older brunette. While on a drug for my cancer, I had a reaction that turned my nose hair completely white, and sporadic white in my lashes and brows. Yikes! It’s so embarrassing because you can really see it. The eyelashes, I can cover with mascara. The eyebrows, I can pluck. But that nose hair is some scary stuff. Thank you again for all the helpful information! Next two purchases…nose trimmer, facial trimmer!!! Sorry Gracie’s for the noise. Sounds like a dental drill, no wonder! That would set me on edge too!🤭
Thank you so much for doing this video, I’ve really been waiting for this one! I’m glad that this video has helped so many other people as well. You do such a wonderful job explaining your reasoning as to WHY you choose the products you do. Your reasons always make sense to me. I had used the Flawless for years and just recently re-purchased the Flawless Face & Brows because my old ones just seemed to be slowing down. In addition, I also purchased the Flawless Dermaplane for the first time. I’m really pleased with how my face feels afterwards and it seems to be a safer way to remove the dead skin cells. What a game changer! And yep, I also shave my nose hairs, it’s a thing! Thank you for what you do here, you are appreciated!
PLUCKING NOSE HAIRS WORKS GREAT - especially over time! In the beginning I occasionally plucked about 8 hairs in each nostril BUT over time only a few hairs continue to grow back. Same for my lip mustache.
This was so helpful. Medication has caused facial hair for me and I've been looking for a solution other than dermaplaning for fear of damaging my skin. Thank you!
You're such a blessing to all of us with all things beauty and some of the ugly of it too, Thank you, what a doll!!! Please share that awesome nail color too please, so pretty for fall! Thanks for all you help us with!
My dermatologist told me if you use retinol etc, waxing is so much worse than shaving. What about threading? Yes, painful.. but so much less stress on the skin! I do derma-planing with no issues.. have for 30 years. Threading for brows and touch ups. BUT.. after seeing your video I’m going to get that Flawless shaver today!! That seems perfect! Thanks for the video!🩷🩷
I use the Flawless eyebrow trimmer to trim my nose hair. It is tapered and the profile is great for just inside the nose. I prefer it over the men’s nose trimmer. It works perfectly for me. I take the head off and clean it after every use.
Hi Sharalee! Sometimes I feel like I’m struggling with these issues ALONE lol. I’m in menopause and I have facial hair, my arms have hair too but thank goodness it’s blonde hairs 🙄🤷🏼♀️ but this was so helpful and to know I’m not alone with this. 😢 I did not know about the flawless shaver but I’m going check it out. Thank you again! I just love your videos. We are blessed have you. ❤
Have you ever had your face threaded? My Dad's cousin's wife does it and it's wonderful for skin too. I just wish that she lived closer. I was told by a men's skincare company that we need different skincare from men due to our hormone differences which makes men's skin thicker than ours. Cool tidbit.
Thank you Sharalee for this video!! I have an old flawless but I'm getting the newer one. Also thank you for the nose hair trimmer! I am 74 yrs. old and have the nose hair. I hate it. I was plucking it and got a terrible nose infection!! It took weeks to get over, so no more plucking! I am purchasing the trimmer tonight!!! Thank you so much!!!
Yay! So happy you found this helpful! I'm so sorry about your nose infection...another viewer said her dr mentioned that possibility...not worth it for sure!! Hope the nose trimmer works well for you!😍
Thank you kindly for sharing some wonderful tips on some sensitive hair removal for us gal. Your expterise, humor are so appreciative as to not single anyone out...appreciate you❤❤❤❤❤
Such a great video, really helpful especially the nose hair .. I like you found one recently and was MORTIFIED!! Can I ask a question I love your lipstick on this video, what lip liner and lipstick are you using. Thanks Emma
I I pluck the thick, dark hairs and shave the rest! Works for men. It’s good to exfoliate your skin easy Peezy no worries. Probably shave twice a week.
Thank you for all these options of getting rid of facial and nose hair. My nose hair trimmer doesn’t work well. I ordered the Remington you showed. Great informative video!
Thanks for the review. I have used the Nads facial strips for 20+ years and they always worked amazingly. In the last few years, they seem to have changed the formula and the wax does not seem to get warm enough to actually stick. I tried buying them online and in the store as well as their sensitive ones (that were beige instead of green) and it was the same thing. I have been looking to find something different to replace them, but have so far been disappointed. It has been about 2 years since I have purchased any, maybe I will try them again to see if anything has changed.
Thank you for your video. As if I don’t have enough problems with facial hair and nose hair, now I’m getting coarse hair along the outside rim of my nostrils. When I plucked it out, I had a giant hole! I’m 72! I’ve been dealing with this since I’m a child!
Thank you for sharing this informative video.I have tried the Sally Hansen facial hair removal cream and most recently have been shaving my face with the type of razor you showed, but the chin hair seems to come back in more coarse than other areas so I’m anxious to try the Flawless very soon! Nose trimmer does work very well. 11:10
Flawless Touch now makes a nose hair trimmer that I use, works well. I do find that my Flawless Beauty facial trimmer doesn't work very well. I wish they made replacement blades for ecological reasons. I bought some after-market replacement blades that didn't work at all.
Perfect video I always use the Flawless hair remover. Just ordered the latest model like you demonstrated I have been using a nose hair remover but the Remington you were showing seems better. Just ordered it. It’s fun to spend $$$ and receive packages 😊❤️
You are so cute, oh my goo! The joys of aging...yes nose hairs 🤣 I so appreciate your transparency with the things we deal with as we age that not many touch on. Again...thank you for all your tips! You are so smart, yes the nose hairs Are there for a reason, we just don't want to see them sticking out of our noses 😂
Thanks for the “Nads” tip!!! I have a “Pluxy” that I use on those stray chin hairs, but it hurts too much to use on my mustache! I wax that because I can yank them all at once very quickly!!! The more you pluck the greater the chances are that the hair follicles are destroyed, & the hair won’t grow back!!!
You're welcome! I hope the Nads work well for you! Yes, I've heard that about plucking/waxing too...I'm still waiting for my mustache to stop growing in!🤣
I use the Flawless shaver and love it. I have used different facial creams but some of them are to strong. My go to is always the Flawless shaver. God bless you for all your hard work. Stay safe. ❤🙏
@@dixiesmom4633 Touch and Brow. There are 3 in a package pink green and yellow. I don’t use them on my brows just my face. I think ultra has them. Maybe even a drug store. Hope this helps
I just discovered you… You are Beautiful Your makeup is on point Your skin is amazing Your haircut is perfect for you, but I would have your hairdresser lighten your black to a medium to dark brown color Your nail polish is a must have (please share!!!)
Thank you for this informative video. After menopause - wow! did the nose hair flourish 😣 I couldn’t pluck that area as thinking about it makes me tear up. But, I’ll dig out my nose hair trimmer again and give it a go. Also, thanks for the finishing touch recommendation.
Thank you for this video Sharalee. I have all the Flawless products and have been using them for six years now. They have a nose trimmer as well. I never thought of nose hair until my teenaged boys, both asked for a nose trimmer for Christmas one year. I put them in their stockings. But that was the first time I ever thought of nose hair. That was 30 years ago.❤️🙋♀️😊🇨🇦
Thank you so much for this video! I also use the Flawless shaver and have been trying to use replacement blades but wondering why they don’t seem to work as well as the original ! I thought it was only my imagination 😂. Also, thanks for nose trimmer reference. These are not pretty subjects but unfortunately reality as we age 😢
Wow I often wonder what and if you did something with facial hairs, I just didn’t know if it was proper to ask. lol Hmm to my surprise I actually use the same thing you use but I only do the mustache and chin area. I also at times use the one for the eyebrows that is from the same company. Oh I think in one of your videos you mentioned you and a friend might visit Big Bear this month that area is still having problems with fires. Sorry this is so long. Thanks again for taking the time to do and post this video. Take care and God bless.
I just was diagnosed with hirsutism last year along with androgenetic alopecia. So the hair from my head is going to my face.😭😭😭😭. I'm on Spironolactone and now Hrt since May. But not helping. I have to go get my whole face threaded once a month. I hate being post menopausal!!!😡😡😡😡. I'm too afraid to shave or dermaplane. I'm going broke trying to treat my hairloss and facial hair. 😫
Oh I am so sorry!! That sounds like a very difficult thing to manage♥️ Recently, I've been told about a topical, organic, all-natural hair loss product that is NOT expensive. I haven't had the opportunity of testing it yet but a friend has raved about it...might be worth a try! www.rowecasaorganics.com/products/hair-spritz?variant=36939920670869
I shave my face every 2 months maybe ? 🤔 I bought another brand than Flawless to try and it didn’t do anything at all. I might try the Flawless to see if it works. I do ❤ how my face feels after shaving though… 😊 Thank you for being so respectful when talking about a delicate subject as facial hair. 😊🫶🏻
Thank you for this video. I've been using the Flawless for as long as you have and noticed that it just isn't working as well as it used to even with using original replacement heads. Did not realize that they came out with an updated version. That is on my list to purchase as well as the Remington nose trimer! Thank you again for this timely video!
It took 4 years for my face to get back to healthy after using the trimmer! Hair came back visible more!!! Ingrown hairs etc....micro blading is best. Once you remove any hair its course after shaving. Just know you can't stop once you start! Just see your dermatologist!!!!!
I tweeze the ones that are most offensive, but i know a lot of women us the at home dermablades... those kind of creep me out, but ive always had peachfuzz that i just live with.

I use the Finishing Touch for my face, like yours, and a FT eyebrow model for nasal hair as it's thin enough to use inside the nose.
If you take the head of the shaver apart and clean it the shaver will work like new
I use the Flawless eyebrow trimmer to trim my nose hair. It is tapered and the profile is great for just inside the nose. I prefer it over the men’s nose trimmer. It works perfectly for me. I take the head off and clean it after every use.
What a great idea!
@ And, my Flawless us about 5 years old so I ordered the new version today. Thank you!!!
This was a great video and so helpful. You look beautiful, as always. So much enjoy all your videos.
Totally off topic, bust you have the best eyebrows EVER! I guess it IS actually facial hair, but...new subscriber here❤️
Best idea is to use an electric shaver! Works great with no cuts, daily exfoliation!! Beautiful face/neck. Everybody try it!!😊
My hair is on my cheeks and neck. I do use a trimmer up my nose and on my lip.
Please tell us what your nail polish is! Love it !
Your makeup looks fabulous ❤
Thank you for tackling this subject!
So glad you found this helpful! 🥰
I wax my nose hair. It’s super easy and it doesn’t hurt IF you pull it fast enough. I bought a kit on Amazon. 😊
You are a brave woman!😅
Good to know! Yes, sounds like it's time to replace the facial trimmer....the new one works SO much better!
I’ve been using the Tinkle razors for years. Very inexpensive on Amazon. And I also use the Flawless shaver works great too.
I’ve used the flawless finishing touch for years and it is the best way ❤
I also use the eyebrow remover and I love it swirls great and I’ve never tweezed my brows again 😊
Lots of good tips as usual I can always rely on you. Thanks
Yes, I've heard that about plucking/waxing too...I'm still waiting for my mustache to stop growing in!🤣
I have had my shaver for about 2 years. I haven't had to replace the battery. I got my at Walgreens.
I have used the same shaver for years and yes it works great. Love it !!!!!!
Yay!!😊
I use the Flawless shaver and love it. I have used different facial creams but some of them are to strong. My go to is always the Flawless shaver. God bless you for all your hard work. Stay safe. ❤🙏
I have used an epilator for yrs and love it
I use the small eyebrow shape and trimmer. Works perfect. Looks like you’ve been to the salon 😊
Can I ask which one you use?
@@dixiesmom4633 Touch and Brow. There are 3 in a package pink green and yellow. I don’t use them on my brows just my face. I think ultra has them. Maybe even a drug store. Hope this helps
Thank you this is one of the greatest videos I have watched here very informative thank you Sharalee.
So glad you found this helpful!💖
Great video i bought the pluxy epil couple weeks ago it nipped me hard today has put me of using it was £50 i prefer the flawless finish x
I just discovered you…
You are Beautiful
Your makeup is on point
Your skin is amazing
Your haircut is perfect for you, but I would have your hairdresser lighten your black to a medium to dark brown color
Your nail polish is a must have (please share!!!)
Thank you for this informative video. After menopause - wow! did the nose hair flourish 😣 I couldn’t pluck that area as thinking about it makes me tear up. But, I’ll dig out my nose hair trimmer again and give it a go. Also, thanks for the finishing touch recommendation.
You are most welcome! The trimmers are definitely the least painful options!!😘
What about an operator.❤
Love my Flawless! Probably have for 5 or 6 years.
I got overwhelmed looking at facial hair removers. I’m going to try what you recommend. I wax my nose and swear by it. The first time was scary.
Thank you for the advice, you're a gem 💎 Sharalee!
Hello my friend, personally I have never used the razor for my face, I use wax which works very well on me and has for years. Thanks for sharing😀😀😀
Yay Sharalee! I loved this! I have used the Flawless Touch device for years also. I recently purchased the new version. It's the best!!😊❤
So glad you enjoyed this and that you love the new Flawless Touch too🥰
Thank you for the video! I use all methods of removal 😅. Love your eyeshadow look. What pallet are you using
Thank you!! It's with a new palette from the Ulta Beauty collection! I actually filmed this eye look....video is coming soon! 😘
I love my Flawless! I have the original but I like the new one!
You will love the new version!!😘
Sharalee, what lipstick/liner are you wearing? It's beautiful ❤
You look great! What eyeshadow are you wearing? Thank you!
LOVE all of your videos! Do you have a link to your sweater and necklace, please?

A great and informative video on important issue.
Thank you for this video. I've been using the Flawless for as long as you have and noticed that it just isn't working as well as it used to even with using original replacement heads. Did not realize that they came out with an updated version. That is on my list to purchase as well as the Remington nose trimer! Thank you again for this timely video!
You are delightful and handled this subject beautifully. Thank you❤
Thank you so much, I have been wondering what to do about that…. ….
Very informative. Thank you for sharing. Love your hair so much. You’re so beautiful and sweet. Hope you have a blessed week.
Awww, thank you🥰 Blessings to you as well!!
Thanks for this video. I have been wanting to ask you about removing facial hair.
Hope it was helpful!🥰
Thanks for sharing. I have to shave and trim my nose hair. Have a great day.❤
Your lip color is stunning! Where can I get this?
It took 4 years for my face to get back to healthy after using the trimmer! Hair came back visible more!!! Ingrown hairs etc....micro blading is best. Once you remove any hair its course after shaving. Just know you can't stop once you start! Just see your dermatologist!!!!!
I will order the shaver you showed.
I just ordered the hair trimmer and nose trimmer! Thank you for this video!
Hi Sharalee, thanks for sharing the video, a shorter shave would definitely look great on your hair.😊😊
I have used the flawless shaver for years
What color do you have on your nails? Is it gel polish?
Actually it's from the regular Essie polish line and it's called "For the Twill of It". I'll link it here for you😘 *go.shopmy.us/p-8371159
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates thank you!!!
I tweeze the ones that are most offensive, but i know a lot of women us the at home dermablades... those kind of creep me out, but ive always had peachfuzz that i just live with.
I appreciate the helpful info.
I hate the brissly hairs on the chin. Tweeze them and they break. Cant get them out. Hours later you can feel them again. So frustrating.
Same with me! Actually happened this morning. It must have broke off or it got scared and retreated to it's cave. 🤣
Those might be something to try with the Nads strips. You can cut those strips in half to use them on smaller areas😘
When buying the new version, how will I know it’s the newest model?
Thank you for this helpful video!
