Love these videos. Got a question about golf in the area. Seems to be a lot of country clubs which is great. If someone is just moving to town for the weather and beauty but doesn’t know anyone or have any connections , would they be able to join any of these golf clubs ? I know in LA there is basically no chance you would be able to join if you didn’t know members already.

💯 most of the messy ones are tenant occupied so the seller has very little control on how it looks. Because of this, it could cost the seller a lot of money due to the way that it looks, and the limited access you get when a property is tenant occupied. It makes it very tricky to sell for highest potential.

@@joesbparker just clean it up. I brought my home and it was occupied. Any home that was messy was a turn off. It doesn’t matter where it’s located in my opinion Santa Barbara is nice. Love the Spanish homes. I live on the east coast.
