Everything about this property is amazing (That bathroom!), but that view is truly stunning, made so much better by the privacy factor plus having rocking chairs and a fire pit and hot tub and a swinging bed (with see-through ceiling) and an outdoor shower on the deck are the icing on the cake. Thanks for sharing.
I often watch these vids for inspiration when dreaming of what I will build as my future small vacation home. This is it! Although, I think I'll use the deck area as an open breezeway to another room for lounging/entertaining. Fantastic vid!

This place is lovely! The only thing I'd change is I'd situate a comfy couch in front of the bed instead of the two chairs. Everything else is perfect and that bathroom is a dream!
I've gotten so many cabin ideas from watching your channel, and I'm going to build a cabin based off this design! I've been thinking and struggling for a while to design a cabin that a mountain modern style, big windows and views, and also on the smaller side, and this is perfect! I also like how the covered porch roofline matches the same angle as the house shed roof!

Beautiful Airbnb cabin with a fantastic hot tub and sitting area on the back deck overlooking great views. The interior is spectacular too with its tiled shower and tub, living area and drop down screen for Netflix viewing. All and all a great place to hang out and enjoy. Jenny

Looks amazing and with 2 extra rooms, it could be a great house. However I don't see how you heat this place? No wood stoves or radiators it seems. With some tree branches clearance, it could have a lot of solar panels on the roof.

Ok, a couple things... I've watched many of these airbnb tours Levi and i gotta say:
1) there's a definate 'ashtetic' these places all seem to share, with the shapes and high ceiling structures and open concept and dark exteriors and plenty of outdoor living space. Either this is a legit trend I was unaware of or this is just how we like our airbnbs
2) why are they almost always studios though? with the property lot that size, they couldn't have squeezed in a single bedroom for more living space. I guess it depends who you want to cater to, but why not widen your potential client pool as much as possible?
3) this is the best view I've seen yet on this channel. Would 100% come just to hang on that deck and destress.
I am building multiple units on my properties so instead of one rental per night I can have (eventually) 8 in the same location each one with enough land between them so no one is obligated to speak to the others. I was lucky enough to get 2 lots at 4.1 acres each and the total of rentals will be eight each one will have an acre to itself. They are all on a hillside that overlooks the city and will give a stunning view at night.

When you do these videos can you find out architect and builders. I did reach out to this coiple.and actually the husband designed this. He served as the general.contractor and they are thinking about selling the plans.

Nice use of space. They did a great job designing it. You hardly ever use the hot tub?? That would be the first thing I do that night. We enjoy ours even though my view of the back driveway.

If I have to watch commercials on YT - I'd like them to be more relative to the topic of what I'm viewing and informative to the concepts you are showing us in interior design, projector screens, kitchens, cabin builders, decks and hot tubs etc. - I'd like to contact some of these folks.
