FA dating check list part 2
1. Am I taking care of within myself the things that I am hoping other people will take care of outside of myself? (am I taking as good care of my health and myself as I am for others?)
2. Am I in balance with people pleasing? Am I abandoning myself anywhere because I am people pleasing?
3. Am I communicating clearly who I am and what I expect from others?
4. Am I showing up to the relationship to myself if there is one to either communicate about it or set a harder boundary if necessary in order to proceed?
5. Am I speaking up when I feel frustrated or am I just burying my resentment and it’s gonna come out in a different ways long term? please practice speaking up and this is a huge part of being successful in the dating phase
6. Am I questioning my stories and communicating instead of making assumptions ?
thank you so much Thais! :)
Thank you for transcribing 🙏
@@rhenchiea.9938 you’re welcome! I wrote that notes to help me understand it better lol. Glad I could help! ❤️
thanks
Off topic but girl your make up is ON POINT 🙌🏾
Yes @personaldevelopmentschool Thais is girl crush material for sure!!
This was definitely me, I was so focused on the affection I never had growing up but waswas getting in the relationship that I ignored red flags, forgot about my boundaries and became codependent ..👎🏽
Thank you Guru Gibson 😁!!
Meee! I tend to not be able to focus on multiple things at once (relationships, work taking care of myself) that’s why I thrive most when I’m single / early stages of dating
Thank you Guru Gibson!! Can you pls do a video on Red Flags, Denial and moving thru Non-Negotiables for each Attachment Style in the dating and honeymoon stages?
I referred you to a friend a few days ago and she found you so knowledgeable!👍😘
Thanks for another fantastic video which really goes into so much detail. As an FA I struggle with high anxiety in relationships with men, emotional closeness and vulnerability. Its ended the last 3 relationships I had as I lost weight, panic attacks, nightmares. Is that a common problem for FA?
Omg, I also had nightmares due to my fear and anxiety!
Such great videos! Thank you for posting :)
You look beautiful Thais :) thanks for another great video xoxox
Awesome yeah thanks
This is great, Thais.
How to fit romantic relationship in this hectic lifestyles we r all forced to live, I have to sacrifice something to fit in something new, or else I won't be giving things the quality and I will be extremely tired from trying to fit all
Yet ppl say don't sacrifice anything, both involved in the relationship have to sacrifice something right?
How do ppl manage this?
So helpful!!!
You are looking soooo god!!!!!!!! 🔥
I'm happy to see you blooming Thais!
Why do many of us ignore the Redflags and STOP signs and stay with someone? I saw many redflags during the dating and honeymoon stages as an AA and stayed with my ex FA. Hindsight I could kick myself and could have avoided so much pain & suffering!!
Thanks for this. I am FA dating another FA. He is 6 years younger than me (me 34, him 28). I keep worrying about whether this age gap is an issue and I don't know if this is me deactivating or it's a real issue? I wouldnt say our lifestyles are vastly different. He has kids and I don't so he actually has more responsibilities than me despite being younger. Also I think of genders were switched noone would even see this age difference as significant. Does anyone have any advice on this?
