I have worked at a ford plant in Oakville Ontario Canada for 38 years now. We are slated to start building electric vehicles in the next couple of years. I look so forward to watching this happen. Great video
39:55 - 70 trains? There are about 100 box cars on a fully loaded train! Must be 1 box car loaded 70 times on 70 different trains! That is still a lot of box cars! This is a fantastic presentation. I would love to work at Tesla! I have been manufacturing for awhile and Elon competes by having the best working plant! Most places wont let you film inside but Elon wants people to compete against him. To speed up the transition to electric world wide. To speed up innovation! Elon knows he can get the best talent to out manufacture others if they ever catch up!
So it’s so refreshing, to not have a lot of dramatic Studio music playing over the actual tour itself, as I kinda like just listening to the sounds of the machines and for those who have complaints about how this video was shot and the fact that there is an absence of commentary, just remember the person who shot this video is not employed by Tesla! So they didn’t get paid to shoot a factory tour to promote Tesla’s products, as Tesla doesn’t need promoting, because their products are selling themselves and they have so much demand that they simply can’t meet the demand and it is one of the primary reasons Tesla can continue to increase its prices to try and temp down demand for their products, so they don’t need some slick promotional videography to sell cars, as it’s just so fantastical, I mean they’re the envy of the industry and so it makes me wonder where is the ceiling, at what point do we say that this company has no place else to go and I have no idea if we’ll ever be in a position to answer that question anytime soon! Would be nice if you gave us some commentary on what we’re looking at. I assume the machine with the red thread was carbon fiber being distributed to rap the copper and the magnets. But I don’t know where that’s right or not. You’ve cut a lot of things together they don’t make a lot of sense without somebody telling you what they are or knowing. I’d appreciate it if you would make some commentary.

@@POMS100 Here in "green" NZ there is a growing backlash against EV's, because we are now importing 'dirty' cheap coal to burn in an old power station, to manage increasing demand! I think EV's full dominance will not happen until this nonsense stops, ie ZERO coal in power stations thankyou. People are waking up to EV's being overhyped, as far as their 'green-ness' is concerned. Charging EV's from COAL electricity is a joke.
I think your wrong, fossil fuels will be here forever, without it you couldn't built a Tesla, or a home, or plastics, or make medicine, pave roads, have colorful paints, smelting all kinds of metals, pesticides for farming, dye for clothing, printing for packaging, the list is endless, stop demonizing the oil industry we wouldn't survive without it, even big government knows it.
