Very nice young man, owner of a 2011. To all FJ owners out there, check your fuel tank mounting straps. Mine completely rusted out where they mount to the frame. eBay has hundreds of cheap replacements but I opted for OEM found on Amazon. Nothing worst than finding your fuel tank dragging the ground.
Thanks for sharing; always a joy seeing how FJ owners build out their ride. I’ve a 2012 FJ TTSE that I bought 2 years ago to overland and it seems I’m customizing it monthly which is a labor of love. My wife and I did Ouray, Colorado this July and it was a beast on those trails.
Hey Caleb! Ive been lusting after your FJ on the Facebook FJ Group! LOLS Great to see a video, I love that carbon fibre trim - it looks real good. Love the green too, that's one sweet FJ! Im looking forward to more Videos. That OBD display is incredible! Never seen anything like that! In any case im now a subscriber!
Hi Caleb, congrats on your new FJ. Everyone will have an opinion including me, so please accept my apology if you don't agree. Make your FJ your own. Mitigate risk to your engine with front "wheel well splash guards". An example - RAD rubber design. I've had mine since 2019. I learned about them at FJ Summit. They are 1/8" Nitrile Rubber vs. our OEM plastic. BTW, I am not affiliated.
@@CalebFJC You are lucky. There is a bracket underneath that should have had a drain hole drilled in it, and it was that that just broke off. I really miss mine.

Very true, thanks. Mine came from southern state.

Great looking fj. I wish we could go back and get more of this reliable era of toyota today.
Thanks, and totally agree. ❤

Thanks, I'm aware of rad rubber. ❤
Your FJ has the crawl option?
I picked up a 2014 earlier this year from the original owner.
@@onenikkione 2013-2014 offered with crawl control. Yes mine has it.
Très beau ton FJ Cruiser, BRAVO
Merci
bad ass rig!!
Thanks ❤
What OBD2 display are you using?
Hey man, looks amazing. What's the red button to the left of the steering wheel for?
Port installed alarm from southeastern dealerships like Florida. Shock sensitivity, and doors.
Beautiful rig
Beautiful FJ
Thank you. ❤
Hi! Did you paint the grill trim black yourself or was that bought to replace the original?
They're OEM black. Came like that from the factory.
Did you have to modify anything to fit that size spare on the back?
@@AdventureRich Nope, 33s will fit without modification.
@@CalebFJC sweet! Thank you! 🙏🏽
Do you notice less wind noise with the roof rack delete or is the windshield & mirrors so flat that it doesnt matter
Interesting, I never experience wind noise with the rack installed.
I jist stumbled across your channel. What a great looking FJ! New subscriber here.
Thanks, appreciate you.
My 2013 Rusted out on the rear bar that is welded to the axle, just snapped off due to rust at the connection.
@@RAV4Adventures2024 Thanks unfortunate, my FJ is never winter driven, and it's from southern state.

You need some Rad Rubber.
Thanks❤
